Rude on the phone. Said he didn't have time to talk that he needed to go. The repair I was asking about can be a pain and time consuming. If dropped he might be willing to look at it in a few days when or if he could get around to it.

Visited here a couple of times and never coming back. Terrible service and rude attitude. This guy doesn't even know how to change the tires. Other franchise LBS are cheaper and way faster. Once he said he can't look inside internal hub because he doesn't have the technology like what...?
