Save your time and find another service provider. I had a call with Chad, which I examined I was in the process of deciding on which service provider I wanted to hire. He said they will send an an engagement agreement which doesn't require payment upfront. I repeated myself that I was deciding on which provider to work with, still got some questions. He said no payment is requirement and the agreement he's going to send over was just to get the process started. When I got the agreement, it was asking me for my credit card information. I was confused and felt there's misunderstanding. I reached out, Chad recommended me setting up a call with Michelle Baer to answer questions. I scheduled a call with her, she called me 15 min after our scheduled time, and oh man, that was the rudest call I have ever experienced. I started by sharing my understanding of the process and haven't even started to ask my questions. Michelle said, "we require payment upfront, if you don't pay ahead of time, then we are not for you!!" With a very harsh and mean tone. She hung up the phone just like that, leaving me speechless. Even the IRS people are more customer centric than her. I'd rather deal with IRS folks than folks like her, won't recommend their service to anyone I care about.

This has been a phenomenal experience even though it was over the phone and online the attention to detail and the personal attention was awesome. Highly recommend them for any business or anyone looking to maximize tax returns.

The best tax prep I have ever had. I have used them for 5 years. I am a disorganized person and this team tracks me down when a deadline is near. They are amazing. They manage my taxes and make it so all I have to do is sign and pay. I highly recommend Incite.

My daughter used to work here and always told me how good they were. I just listened but stayed with my tax guy (a friend) until this year when we had to pay an arm and a leg! I decided to have Michele at Incite Tax take a look at my taxes and she found over $10,700 in mistakes that we did NOT owe! So glad that I finally went to Incite. I will be going here from now on!

These guys seriously know their stuff... sitting down with them was eye-opening. John advised my company on a few totally legal (but relatively unknown) tax strategies that will easily save/earn me (personally) $20,000 a year... If you're not already working with them... why? Best ROI you're going find.
