Honestly the best experience and quality product I’ve seen in years. We had a last minute request and challenging print and the team at Sunrise Press took it in with a smile on their face and nailed it!! Throughout the process they were very professional, kind, and creative. They took our idea and knocked it out of the park. Upon the finished of the project the owner and his employees took the time to really build a relationship with me and express their appreciation for me as the customer. It was exactly what you would want to have from the service providers that we as consumers interact with. They have my business for life and I haven’t stopped talking to people about my experience, and likely won’t for years to come! Thank you Sunrise Press!!!

Sunrise press is one of the nicest print shops I've been to in Salt Lake valley. They have some of the best technology and equipment to be able to create flyers and shirts and other things that you need to promote your business. There ability to take a print level PDF and turn it into a wonderful product is very nice and good. And I will be returning to them for my future business.

Job was so willing to help me find what would work and look best for what I was wanting and I was so appreciative!!!!! My wife recently passed away due to Covid..... Jon Samuelson ( Owner ) and Don Anderson ( Manager ) were both incredible in assisting me with all of the details in printing my wife's announcements and picture inserts.... they were very very considerate and very Professional in helping me during my time of sorrow..... Thank you both for your help and understanding ...... anything less of a 5+ star rating would fall short of my experience ..... if I could I would give them a 10+ ratingThanks again so very much ....... If I could give zero stars to this company, I would. They took two months to print two custom t-shirts. They did not follow our design nor did they provide a proof as requested, plus the shirt sizes were ten times too big than we first requested. Their lack of communication and professionalism is extremely frustrating. When it was all said and done, they then over-charged us for poor-quality and amateur work. After negotiating and trying to reason with the company that we were not happy, they did nothing to make amends in anyway. The employees were less than friendly through the entire process. We went to a different printing company to have the custom shirts done because John with Sunrise Press could not figure it out. DO NOT do business with this company.

I had ordered some t shirts for an event my company was sponsoring and we were up against a deadline . There was an error on the shirts when they arrived. Edward did everything in his power to not only correct the error but to still make our deadline. I was so impressed by his dedication to correcting the mistake I even purchased the shirts that were printed incorrectly. I will definitely be giving them my future business. Thanks again Edward.

0/5 stars. This is the worst printing company I have ever worked with. They took two months to print two custom t-shirts. They did not follow our design, did not provide a proof as requested which would have prevented it, took forever to get it to us, then over-charged us for shoddy and amateur work that a 'friend' had to do because they could not figure it out. DO NOT do business with this company.

I worked with Jon Samuelson and Don at Sunrise press today for the first time. I was super impressed with the professional service. My project was small and they were happy to help. The copies were incredible and I could not have been happier. I will also note that I called around for color copies at several local places and Sunrise Press beat any prices I was given by 50%.Wonderful service, with same day turn around and incredible color copies. I will never look anywhere else for my printing needs.Thanks so much Don and Jon for all your help today!
