Jordan was awesome in helping us purchasing our new car he had an answer to all our questions took us for a test drive with the car to see how it drove. He showed use all the in and out on the car and how everything worked . Everything went smooth . I’m not one who typically leaves reviews, but the experience I had at Stockton Honda in Sandy motivated me to share my experience. I had the pleasure of working with Angel Toro, who contacted me after I submitted an online inquiry about a new car. He got back to me immediately and introduced himself, and we had a chat about what I was looking for. He immediately took the ball and ran with it. I was looking for a specific exterior/interior color combination that was not in stock, and none were available in the local market. He ordered the one I wanted and it arrived a month early, to my surprise. There wasn’t a lot of negotiation and back and forth haggling over price because I trusted him. He earned that trust based on the totality of the experience and the excellent communication I had with him. Needless to say, I am very pleased with how the entire process went and would not hesitate to refer others to him or Stockton Honda. Whether you are looking for a new or used car, get over there and be sure to ask for Angel!

All salesman's that I dealt with were people persons such as Travis Quinton, Eric ,and Darren they treated me fair and with a lot of respect it felt like they were working for me to get what I needed for transportation I appreciate it and we did get the car that we asked for and they took good care of us. just want to say thank you Stockton 12 will probably buy another car. This is our second car bought there at Stockton

Everything with purchasing our new Honda pilot was just ok! Our salesperson did not seem to have a very good idea of the inventory to pick from! I feel like there should be a much easier way to check inventory. Also I tried to pay cash for this car! The dealership would not accept my check? I told them that I would leave the car until the check cleared (4 days) I ended up waiting for the bank to clear my check to get a required cashiers check, that took 10 days to clear! Should be a much easier process to purchase a car!! Everything else worked out fine for me.

Awesome sales experience with Alex S. today! He made the process easy, understandable and I left very happy. I've bought several vehicles from Stockton 12 now and I've had a great experience with their sales and service departments every time. Go see them they'll make sure youre satisfied, and you can't go wrong with a Honda.

Don't ask to fix something on the body of this car because they don't do a good job. First had a panel on the side of the car first it was loose and then it just flew off because they didn't put it on right. Most recently had the bottom cover of the car replaced and now I'm on the side of the road because it came off while in the freeway.

Overall it was a good experience, the communication throughout finding the right car and getting the one we wanted was all smooth, didn't feel pressured at all. The car we wanted had to be transferred from another dealership and had a scratch on the handle that had to be replaced, they let me know and a new handle was ordered and replaced smoothly. They made sure everything was taken care of which was great. The minus star is because the buying process took a very long time, we had mentioned we were on a time crunch but once the price was agreed on it still took a very long time to get everything signed and it seemed like there was a lot of waiting around. I know it was busy, end of the month, and Labor day craziness but that should have been accounted for with more finance staff or something cause it took 4 hours. Other than that, we love the car and glad we are with Honda now.

My wife and I visited Stockton #12 on Labor Day. Elvin Roman became our sales person and is extremely knowledgeable of all the models we were interested in. He was direct, appeared honest, and made eye contact throughout the purchase of our new car. He is very professional and easy to work with. First time I actually enjoyed buying a car.

My wife and I so enjoyed our experience buying my new-to-me Civic here two months ago that when we needed to replace her car, Stockton 12 was our first (and only) stop. We found exactly the car she was hoping for, at the price we wanted.

Alex Schneider has been very helpful throughout our process at the dealership. He is very knowledgeable and gave us insights on the pros and cons on buying or leasing a car.
