If you’re looking for a reputable location to have your vehicle serviced, this is the place to try. All of the fellas working here are competent and knowledgeable, they are personable and provide thorough examinations, service and advice that best suits the vehicle and your situation. Most importantly, they work with integrity, there are no unnecessary fixes, or secretive scams. They provide you with pictures of the issues and repairs at hand, and explanations for systems you may not understand, all without being condescending. They even provide Uber rides for you if your vehicle needs repairs overnight. I’ve been here dozens of times, I travel over 10 miles from where I live to return to this location time and again for repeated service because of the well earned reputation. Don’t just take my word for it, go and give this place & these guys a try!
UPDATE: 2024: These guys are still top notch! They still work well with every customer to be as helpful to the best of their abilities. They endeavor to be as accommodating as possible, they go two extra miles to make sure they put you on the road safely and in good shape. Even with some of my difficult questions, all are answered and the staff always keeps a good attitude because they appreciate their customers and excel at what they do. I have no plans to take my vehicle to any other shop.

The guys were so helpful. It was a Friday evening and they stayed after hours to install an alternator in my son’s Honda.
I really appreciate these guys. This is my second time at Steve’s.

Went in to fix my A/C I was terrified it was going to be extremely expensive. They did an amazing job, they were very kind and helped me understand what had to be done and the pricing was great. I will be back for all my a/c needs

If I could leave a zero stars I would I set an appointment for a simple alignment and as someone who is very familiar with cars and working on them only brought it in cause I don’t have an alignment rack. I set my appointment for 3 showed up early and talked to the workers. I sat down waiting for my car to be worked on. It took them an hour to even put my car on the rack when I had called before hand set an appointment and verified everything then they looked at it for a couple minutes and took it off then made me wait another 30 minutes until then handed my keys back for what reason i don’t know. Then they proceeded to tell me my ball joints were old and they couldn’t proceed with the service but I had already clarified before starting that I knew they were slightly old and to just proceed anyway. I know it’s there job to upsell but it’s still an annoying time when I already clarified everthing with the shop before taking it in just for them to waste hours of my day for nothing. This is exactly why shops have a bad reputation and the reason I avoid them at all cost I will not be returning and I recommend everyone else look elsewhere.

According to the reviews here seems overall customers have had good experiences. I had a very poor interaction with the employees about two months ago. So bad that I chose to go elsewhere to have new breaks completed, as they told me I needed. I went to another shop and they told me I would not need new breaks for another year. While I am certain that that customer service I received was incredibly poor, I am uncertain if the diagnosis of new breaks was a mistake or intentional (to make more money). Given the quality of the interaction it is hard to not assume it was intentional. Anyways, I hope my experience was atypical. None the less, I will not be returning.
