Their staff are super knowledgeable especially with really oddball or old parts! I highly recommend them! Bridget is awesome! So helpful. And Fred too. (And everyone else as well). I think they know their parts in general better than the staff at Sprinkler Supply. If you have something that you need help with go there. I use all of the sprinklers stores professionally but I feel like sprinkler world is my go-to when I have something really weird or need something out of the ordinary.

We always have to take a yearly trip to Sprinkler World and this time that we went we worked with Fred who was so knowledgeable and kind and helped explain the details about how to fix the part we needed help with and patiently explained everything and really helped us out! 10/10 would come here again!

I had a great experience with Sprinkler World in Sandy. I'm a DIY'er that worked with them from design all the way to install. The $100 deposit to design your system is well worth the money considering they seem to use software that calculates optimal zones, head placement, flow rates and literally everything that you'd want accounted for when designing a system.
I was also shocked to find that they even deliver all the parts to you in person once they have filled the order. I was impressed with how organized my delivery was, which was very useful for a DIYer like me. Boxes labeled for different parts of the system and things pre-assembled as much as they could be so it took the question out of how do I build it myself.
When I installed it, I called a few times with questions and they were very kind and helpful with their responses.
I feel like the only way the service gets any better than that is if they also installed it for me (lol).
Totally recommend this store! Will purchase from them again.

WORST THEME PARK EVER, payed like 50 bucks to the guys outside, who I’m now pretty sure was just homeless, and there was like ZERO rides or attractions, the only line was for the register ride and all they did was take more of my money. Would NOT recommend for your next vacation.
