I took my Mazda in for an oil change. I took it to two other “quick lube” type places but they couldn’t change the oil because the drain plug was damaged and they couldn’t get it out. Tim Dahle was able not only to get the plug out, but they didn’t charge me for the labor of getting it out, and I bought a 3 oil change program that will save me $150 over what other oil change places charge…and they did a thorough diagnostic check of my car for free, and pointed out things that need repair or replacement, but there was no pressure to do them right now, and I got a car wash as well! I’m very satisfied with Tim Dahle Mazda, and I will going there when I need to buy a car.

Chris Swank and Mikkel Harris were amazing to work with, they made buying our car very easy and simple. I’d highly recommend asking for either if you plan on going in.
Also, the service manager Rome was very helpful as well as the parts manager.

This review is long overdue, but I wanted to give a huge thank you to Caleb for his help in purchasing my Mazda CX-50! I went in for an oil change. The video diagnostic was informative as well as the paper outlining all the services suggested. I was grateful for the information and that they were not pushy to get everything done during my appointment as I didn’t have the time then.

Chris was very kind and answered all of my questions. He explained in detail how the car works and functions.
I told him what I needed and what $$ I could pay monthly.
Chris made it happen, and it was done quickly. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Chris again in the future.
I would recommend that my family and friends, that are in the market to purchase a vehicle and to go see Chris.
