I love every one of the techs and pharmacists at this location! They are great at getting my meds ready while I’m on my lunch break at work. I work in a busy medical clinic so my lunch break is the only available time I have to get my meds. I convinced my parents to switch from Walmart to this Smiths Pharmacy and they’ve been very happy ever since!

The new fridges with the digital screens are bad. They're inaccurate and just constantly flash ads. I keep seeing prices going up, but you're also selling ad space and almost certainly using the cameras on those screens to track my buying habits. In other words, you're making more money while also charging me more.

I go there because it's close and I usually have a good experience. But their lines are always really long, they need to hire more cashiers. Self checkout is the worst self checkout I've ever used. And the cashiers/baggers over stuff their chincy bags. I always have to rebag my groceries, if I don't, the bags break. Twice we've had a jar of taco sauce and a jar of pickles splatter on our driveway from them over stuffing their cheap bags. When we've called and complained they don't do anything. They at least could tell us to come back in and they'll replace the broken items we just bought or tell us they'll give us our money back, but they don't do anything.

Kroger has record profits and this store (1300 East) looks like it's going out of business. Empty shelves in the frozen foods, salads, and many other departments. Manager must have a new bonus program. Can't keep good help. Heard he cut employee hours. I've been shopping here for 15 years. It used to be a good store. Now, it's number 3 on my list. Deli counter is and has been a disaster. One poor girl has all the responsibility and zero help. Good luck getting sliced meat or cheese on a timely basis. Only 1 person in the deli and she's overwhelmed with also stocking the refrigerated foods to go, the premade sandwiches, and other foods. Try to go in for sliced meats and your backed up, sometimes for 20-30 minutes due to orders in front of you. I started going to the Draper store on 123rd, even though it's 2.5 miles further, and it's like a different company owns it.. Fully stocked, plenty of people in the deli and bakery. It actually looks like the manager cares about customers instead of his bonus bottom line.

I came in to pick up my prescription at about 2:30 today that was called in at about 2:00pm. I was told it would be a few minutes. I had another appointment so told the pharmacist I'd be back at around 5:00pm. I came back at 6:10pm and had to wait until 6:43 to get my medication. This level of "service" is ridiculous and I hope it's brought to the attention of management.

I have been filling my medication at this location for awhile now and I have nothing but great things to say about everyone I’ve interacted with.I’ve got to personally add the pharmacist Allen he has helped me understand everything about my meds.He has gone out of his way numerous times to make sure I am taken care of.Thank u Allen and the other staff i appreciate you all.

Jessica saved me a few bucks on my prescription.I came in with a GoodRx since last year that was cheaper than insurance, but it wasn't. She pointed that out and save me a little.

I have gone to this Smith's for years. Since Erik retired things have not be the same. Allen (Erik's replacement) is very nice. I think they are just under staffed. It is hard to find good employees these days that stay at a job for a longer time..That is the norm everywhere these days ?.

Very helpful! Allen went out of his way to help me get the lowest price for my prescription when my insurance refused to pay, which saved me hundreds.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced was told by assistant manager. My concern may very well be a scam after being overcharged. Spent 32 minutes on hold asked to speak to store manager they were on vacation. It seems they've been on vacation for three weeks. Said they would call to discuss the incident never responded.
