Megan was great to work with. She did not push or apply any pressure but did keep us up to date on sale updates etc. She seemed to be very well versed in all the options and was very patient with us. We thought she did an excellent job.

When you spend over $10k for a bed you would expect a better customer experience.It’s been over three months and Sleep Number still hasn’t responded (after countless calls and emails) to fix the damage they caused to our stairway during delivery.I would not recommend buying from this location, zero accountability.

We worked with Megan, and she was such a pleasure to have as our sales person.She was very helpful and answered all of our questions honestly.My wife and I were "just looking," but we ended up purchasing a bed, and the furniture, pillows as well, and no pressure to purchase.We completely blew our budget but have zero regrets ? ?Megan once again, thank you for your great customer service ? ?

The sales team at this location were nice to work with, I am not against this location. My complaint is the quality of the product. I purchased a bed in 2020 and in under 3 years I have had to make 2 warranty calls. On the first call, I had to pay about $200 for the part as the pro rated portion. The second claim, the foam tore on the side of the bed and was told that fell under regular wear and tear which is out of warranty. The cost to replace the foam piece would be about $800. I am disappointed that for the price I paid for the bed, the product that it doesn't last. I am most bothered that online they advertise how long their beds last (15 years), but I have not had that experience. The cost of the replacement parts is not worth it. I don't plan on purchasing another SleepNumber bed in the future. The beds are comfortable, but not worth the price especially with the terrible warranty costs.

I thought I was spending a ton of money on a bed that would alleviate my concerns and help me sleep well. The air conditioning part worked for about four months. The remote control units had to be replaced after three months, a perfectly waste of money. We now sleep in our guestroom most of the time on a $200 mattress and I am sleeping better than ever.I really am confounded as to why this company is still in business...

Surprisingly there was not any high pressure sales. Brady was helpful. The only issue we had was that due to the sale on the high end model, it was more expensive to buy the middle option which we wanted. The ability to change the firmess was very attractive.

Honest reviewPurchase a sleep number bed roughly in June 2021, right from the get go, we noticed that the bed lost its form within four months. We tried a couple things here with no luck. Finally called sleep number, roughly 13 months of ownership, they diagnosed over the phone then came to install parts. Immediately, we had the same failures. They ordered more parts. And installed them. They only sent half of the parts that they need to do the work. The technician recommended it to me that we need to get a new mattress.After their third failed attempt, they told me that I would have to purchase the other parts needed to fixed their terrible mattress with humor in my voice. I asked the lady at the other end that was obviously having a bad day. Why I would have to pay for the parts? They told me that the mattress warranty only covered one side, not both and I would have to pay the $580 out-of-pocket. I told her just to give me my money back for the mattress and I’ll buy some thing else she hung up on me. In the meantime, three weeks after she sent the parts, but nobody to put them on super done with the mattress less than two years old out of pocket close to $9000 wasted. I would stay away from this company and they’re horrible customer service. See attached pictures.

I told the salesman you really can't tell if a bed is good for you in the store, you have to try it at home. He argued with me that you could... he didn't even ask me if I was a back, side, or stomach sleeper. How can I know if it's right for me if I don't try it the way I sleep at night? I can't.

Store representatives as well as customer service representatives don’t know that if the mattress is outside it is a stipulation to where they will not take the disposal mattress. So keep your old mattress inside until they take it outside. Quite annoying no one knows that is a thing.

We had an AMAZING experience at Sleep Number in Sandy. We had set up an appointment but could not make it. The sales staff kept us informed of sales that were going on. When we finally had some time to go, we showed up about 5 minutes before closing time and the staff was accommodating and still took time to show us different options and explain the technologies. We ended up purchasing a bed and can't wait until it arrives!

Just made a purchase of a bed at this location customer service was great and Brady was a great help and knowledgeable of all aspects of the sale. I can't wait until I receive my ved. Thank you for all the help on getting me the bed I need to help with my chronic pain
