I had a fantastic experience picking out an engagement ring set from this Sierra West location with my fiancee's mother! The manager, Cindy, was highly professional and helped me find the right ring for my fiancee, who loved the choice we made! I would highly recommend Sierra West, and especially this location, for any jewelry that you need!

Cindy was amazingly helpful with our custom engagement ring and I can't recommend this store enough. We knew what we wanted going in to the store, but were worried we wouldn't be able to get the details correctly on a custom ring. We showed them pictures of what we wanted and they executed everything amazingly. The best part is I saved about $2k going here rather than the online dealer I had originally found. 5 stars!

When I tell you we had the best experience here I mean it. My fiancé and I had gone to multiple jewelers to try on rings and were astonished by the over priced rings they were showing us. We brought in a picture of my dream ring and sierra west made it a reality. I am in love with my ring and recommend that you go through Kristen if you do end up choosing to buy jewelry here. She was so helpful, responded right away, and was so easy to work with. I am a very satisfied customer?

Had an amazing experience at Sierra West Jewelers in Sandy. The ring was exactly what we wanted and they were flexible to be in my price range and make all the adjustments to the ring we wanted. What I found above and beyond was how well they communicated and got back to me. Other Jewelers were slow to give us a quote and not as friendly. Definitely suggest getting your engagement ring here!

I would recommend Sierra West a million times over. They helped my fiancée custom design my ring and bent over backwards to help me get his ring in time for a surprise proposal. They were very personable and professional. You won’t regret going to them.

When we were searching and shopping for wedding rings, Sierra West was hands down the best. We bought both a designer ring, and had a custom ring made. The designer ring we had first elsewhere but Sierra West carried it and had a much better price and stone options that worked perfectly for us. The custom ring was also a good experience making the design how I wanted. Cindy, the manager, was extremely friendly and helpful, and we like seeing her whenever we go back in for our ring cleanings.I would highly recommend Sierra West, and this location in particular. A great company.

Cindy was amazing to work with! That being said… everyone in the store is amazing! Cindy was our person and did amazing things for us. Very helpful and super nice. Any time we go into the store everyone says hi and recognizes us which is amazing. The rings are beautiful and can’t speak more highly of the team and Cindy especially. Go in and see their selection. They are the best!
