I love this shop! The products are amazing, but what really stands out are the people who work here. They are always helpful and kind. Today I went in and encountered the sweetest worker with fun tinsel in her hair… I wish I knew her name. She brought so much sunshine to my day. Can’t recommend Shirlyn’s enough.

VERY good selection on just about every root, leaf, and stem that grows out of the ground. I personally pick up their valerian root and their non nicotine mint chew that I love. Good prices, friendly service. Can't really ask for more so I gave five stars. I would say always ask your doctor and do your research about medications, and your health. Education is always the best supplement for your health. ❤️

I love this place, wish the prices were a bit lower so I don't spend all my money while I'm there! But they have almost everything you need. I do wish they had a larger bulk herbal section.

Expensive stop for packaged foods or supplements. Not what I look for in a natural foods store. When I’m traveling at least and see natural foods, I am hoping for a co-op type shop with some take away foods and smoothies, etc.
