Eric our real estate agent lacks basic communication and is barley responsive to our needs. Eric boasted that he has been in real estate for the 15yrs. Very disappointed in his attentiveness and follow up/ follow through.

Well, they'll help you get into a home quick. Once the paperwork was signed we were sold off to a larger/different company. I'm kind of disappointed because I was under the impression we would be working with ran life for the duration of our home payments. Perhaps that was naive to think, but the possibility of our loan being sold wasn't ever brought up to us. Maybe we should've just gone through a large corporation in the first place.....

Literally the WORST to work with. My husband and I had to deal with one of their realtors and definitely would rather turn down an offer and run rather than deal with them again. Our experience was horrendous and felt dishonest and shady. Definitely would not recommend.
