Sold me 6 of the wrong Zyn nicotine cans (Bagged up upon paying)
Upon returning after having had driven home, doors were locked and told to "return tomorrow".
I don't know how someone messes up such a simple request and then refuses to open the door to simply exchange them for the correct ones.
Will not shop here ever again, complete incompetence, especially when refusing to correct THEIR mistake.

The new clerk that came from the 7-11 across the street got mad at me because I refused a plastic bag for my single canned beer purchase. I adamantly do not use plastic bags as it’s bad for the environment. She got snarky and said something regarding losing a license. However I did some research after and talked to DABC and salt lake county and no such requirements exist. I have been coming here for 4 years as I live 5 streets down and never have my single beer can purchases ever been bagged.

Will never visit again. Cashier left a note on the door to go to restroom which I totally understand. But either did not lock the door to the store or it broke but then came out to a line of customers who happened to be honest and wait and not empty the store. And the cashier was rude to those of us who stayed. It is not our fault that we entered a unlocked store.(she should know not everyone reads little notes on the front door) I put my items down and walked out as she was mouthing of to a elderly lady who was being nice to her. But the cashier who is usually nice made a.misyake and took it out on those standing in line. I work in customer service and no matter what you are NEVER RUDE TO CUSTOMERS. and she was beyond rude!!! She was so rude I did something I never do and that is go to a 7-11.

i went in there and gave her two $20’s (40) and my total was $20.26 and she only gave me $9.74 out of $19.74 so i went back to ask for my $10 and she kicked me out.

Jennifer is the best! She’s literally the only reason I go into the store. If she were to leave oh believe me I’d be right across the street at 7/11.

I went to buy beer there and the beer in the fridge is still 3.4 beer. They hold the 5.0% alcohol beer in the back so they can sell the 3.4 beer. Dont let the pacifico beer fool you. Just because they have some high point beer in the fridge doesn't mean they all are. They faults advertising. Beware of this store

I stopped in here to get gas and went inside for a few things. Prices and selection were great and Olivia is a gem. She was able to answer a few questions I had about the social area, vape product, and we were both laughing by the end. Great place and people!

Great location had to get a e cig and no smoke shops were open so tried 711 cross the street no selection came to this store and the employee I forgot her name was very helpful and also had a great deal on to the juul starter kit for 15 off and there was a alternate brand called sea that you can use that were 13 dollars instead of 30 for juul so saved about 30 dollars thanks again
