Scheduled an appointment online and was able to get in less than a week later. My receipt doesn't provide his name, but technician ID #569 was extremely welcoming, kind, and efficient. I had received a quote for 3 rock chips, and he even pulled me back to confirm that 2 of the 3 were actually pits and didn't need to be repaired. Very trustworthy. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Excellent service, highly recommend, will absolutely return to this location in the future. Thank you technician #569!

They worked directly with my insurance and did an excellent job replacing my windshield. I appreciated the nice waiting area, but i didn't spend much time there as they completed my job quickly. Thank you Safelite!

I had my windshield replaced a few months ago and when I got back to Wyoming I noticed the dashboard was cracked right in the middle next to the windshield after the installation. It looks to have happened by the installer prying up on it during installation. This vehicle has always been under cover and it wasn't from sun heat. I knew I could never prove that they had done it during installation, so I let it go. Now it is Fall and there is precipitation I now have water running from under the dash directly from the left corner of the windshield. There is no getting through by calling them and I don't really want them touching my vehicle again anyway. Also they charge $45.00 for throwing the old windshield into the dumpster after installation. I wish I had read these reviews on the particular store and I surely would never have gone onto their property. I've had excellent service from the Safelite on 10600 south and I thought I had made the appointment with them, but I found I had to go to the lousy 90th south store. I sure hope Safelite area management sees these reviews on the store and doesn't something about it.

Had a windshield installed, rain sensing wipers no longer work. The wiper arms hit the hood which means they must have bent the hood in. Paint on hood is now chipped. They got some kind of solvent on my door handle and the its actually melted the trim piece. Called left message. No return call. Calle 3 times since, never get through and now there is not an option to leave a message.

Back when it was Tachnaglass, a tech ran out and met me in the parking lot and quickly filled my rock chip for $40; this morning, Safelite needed to schedule an appointment, which didn't meet my expectation but wasn't too bad. What surprised me is that the cost of a rock chip repair is now $175 at Safelite, OR you can go through your insurance, which supposedly covers it if you have comprehensive coverage; that's what Safelite is likely pushing you to do with that price, use your insurance. The whole thing comes off as slimy to me, so I'll be looking for a smaller business to support.

Scheduling was a pain and ended up a mess. After 2 and half weeks of waiting, I was finally able to get my windshield replaced. Was told I would receive free wipers for my trouble, but that did not happen.

quick and professional service. they would have 5 stars, but there was a misunderstanding. They ordered the wrong window the first time. we have an ev some how that wasnt indicated. took afew extra days to get the right one.

One star for a friendly tech. Unfortunately not a good repair. First she made the 1 cm crack 2 cm during the repair, but she assured me that it was successfully sealed and would not spread. One week later the crack is 12 inches and I need a new windshield. Choosing Safelite for my rock chip repair cost me a new windshield.

I was told on the phone that my insurance would cover the cost of the windshield. When I went to pick up the car after it had been fixed they said I had to pay for it so I did and I worked on getting refunded due getting wrong information from the insurance agent. I’ve probably sent close to 10 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved and each time they just say they will get back to me in 48 hours and they never do. I’ve asked for the recording and they won’t give it to me. I was scammed and it has been impossible for me to get it resolved so I’ve given up strictly due to the fact that they just say 48 hours over and over again.

With plenty of time to do a chip repair the guy doesn't even look at me and says tomorrow, then driving home it went from a chip to now a windshield replacement.Avoid this place!!!

Want a simple quote for a rock chip repair, but can't talk to a human. Tries to push me to the website and enter a bunch of info. I can't stand businesses that I can't speak with directly. Looking elsewhere.

There are good companies and not so good companies out there. And there are good employees and not so good employees in each company. Jake was absolutely wonderful to work with. He showed up exactly when he said he would, did a great job replacing our windshield and explaining instruction for the next couple days. Overall, I’d go to safelite again and hope to work with Jake any time I need a repair or replacement.

The individual that scheduled my appointment was professional and accommodated me with the best appointment to suit my schedule. The technician did an excellent job and was also very professional. The review lacks stars on account of the personality and professionalism of the individual at the front desk. He was completely rude to me and others. The man sitting next to me leaned over and said, "I guess he isn't much of a morning person." I feel your operation met my expectations for the MOST part, but I will consider going elsewhere just for the mere fact that this location has such a poor individual as their point of contact. He embarrassed me, and clearly offended others as they too commented on his demeanor. As I read the reviews, clearly this location has a massive issue with rude customer service. Way too many reviews have single stars.
