First day we drop off the car at 9am they call us at 2 to say they can't do it because they have the wrong glass. OK, whatever. Bring it in a second time at 845 am they close at 5, no phone call by 440 so we go in, not done yet, you'd think they'd prioritize it after the first or at least call to let us know to come in at 6. Now sitting in the store since 5 and it's 6 and still not done... poor communication, way too long of service. Over 2 days having our car and still not fixed one windshield. Communication could have at least got 3 stars but there was none.

Safelite was impacted by the global Crowdstrikenoutage and missed my appointment but I got a follow up call eventually and they rescheduled it. The agent gave some useful advice on how to preserve the state of the windshield from cracking beyond repair. Let’s hope things hold up until I can do the makeup appt. The text alerts are helpful.

This was our second windshield replacement by this office and in both cases they didn't get the moulding around the windshield properly sealed, causing issues.
The most recent time I even commented to the installer to pay careful attention to this issue.
A week later most of the moulding across the top of the windshield was coming off. We scheduled an appointment to have it fixed and they never showed up.
We scheduled another appointment and they finally fixed it...for now.
In the future I will choose another glass replacement company as their service is clearly substandard.

Fast service and very thorough. The wrong party was ordered via insurance and they caught the mistake and corrected it fast

they replaced my windshield, but never cleaned up the left over trash, rubber or the glass from the replacement. I have glass everywhere in my car. In my air vents, on my floor mats, my seat, EVERYWHERE! I also have it on my dashcam and they never cleaned anything up. Just finished and placed the car in the front. Not impressed with the Sandy location.

Horrible customer service. I made an appointment and paid for the glass only to show up to the appointment and get told an hour later that they didn’t have the glass in stock. So I went back, picked up my car and they said they would call me and let me know when The glass would be there. I never received a call back so I called again a week later, and the person that answered the phone, I don’t know her name was rude, and acted like I was being an inconvenience for her.

Showed up to our house to replace the Windshields. Did a great job. One car had rust arround the edges. He sanded it down and put primer over it, to keep it from getting worse and leaking.

Horrific experience - I had a chip repaired that is now split just a few weeks later into an entire windshield crack. I've tried calling these guys and it just rings and rings no one ever answers. Also the website area where a warranty claim can be lodged is 'down'

technician scratch the area around the glass. i do not recommend this shop. they told me to take time out of my day from work to bring the car so they can see the damage? i guess they think i don’t work. i do not recommend this shop. i had to get car insurance involved so they would fix my car
