What are great first experience. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. I was a little confused as to why they would ask for a tip at the end on the credit card slip. Thought that was a little weird. Other than that great experience. I will be going back.

Experience was fine, took a couple attempts to get the IV in but I expected it with how dehydrated I was after a surgery that caused me to struggle to get my daily fluids. Staff was pretty nice. Felt pressured to join a membership or something and the part that made me decide to not return was that they asked for a tip all because someone got to stab me a couple times with a needle and offered me some water. Tacky, makes the company look cheap. Tipping culture is getting out of hand here in the states.
