These people truly genuinely care about the health and well-being of my fur kids. They have gone above and beyond to help with questions and when any of my rescue babies need something, this is the first place I go. Best products super knowledgeable about pet nutrition and helping get healthy pets with good food and supplements. Today my little old guy ate up all the food they recommended. And he is a truly picky eater with health issues. I love this place!!!

Unnecessarily rude to us when trying to ask questions regarding the products and the shop. We were wanting to find a new dog shop to regularly shop at and we were only met with coldness, rudeness, and shortness from the owner. We said a new brand of food we were trying with our dog made her tummy upset and we were trying to find a different one and the owner of this shop said that our dog has giardia... How did you come to that conclusion based off of just that? I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The assistance they gave to assist my overweight beagle was amazing and she's lost her needed weight! My dog-os love the treats we get there too!I have short haired dogs, but have seen the grooms they do! So awesome watching them put the dogs at ease during the process.

I wish I could give this place infinite star ratings on google. This is not just another pet store. I go here because I get great health advice for my kitty & the owners are just great people. I will continue supporting their business because I would hate to see a pet haven close down. ♥️

So glad to find this place. The staff is SO knowledgable and answered my many nutritional questions when getting our puppy! Our puppy has had a great experience with all the freeze dried treats. Honestly feel they have your pets best interest in heart! Highly Recommend!

Truly uncomfortable shopping experience. Attendant was condescending, and questioned my dogs diagnosed medical and dietary needs. Came in excited to explore and browse, left feeling talked down to and judged.RE: You definitely didn’t appear intrigued or interested in any sort of way. Walked away feeling questioned and second guessed. Will not be returning. May I recommend Desert Raw in Milcreek?

I bought treats for all the animals in my life for Christmas (even the cats) and each person has told me how much they’ve loved them and wanted more. They also sell at the Farmer’s market and are incredibly personable and knowledgeable. I love their products and will keep going back for more. Especially their CBD oils for pets! In love, in love!

Utah freeze dried has been the best place for me! I love how friendly the owners are! They help you with everything that you need and more! I’m not bright when it comes to the best dog food so they have nutrition classes to explain all of it for me! 20/20 Will keep shopping here!!
