Had a wonderful experience! Ed tuned up my laptop and didn’t even charge me, as the issue was an HP software problem that could not be fixed in store, but he gave my a perfect workaround so I can still use my laptop without any issues. Would highly recommend this location if you need a device fixed! Very nice employees too!

I came in to run a diagnostic on a pc that didnt turn on and employees had some free time to fix the pc. They found the problem and helped me out in about 10 minutes. This is my go-to place when needing to fix a problem with my pc.

I've bought 2 computers and both are amazing. The service is great here and we have been coming here for years. They are my favorite tech nerds. Always down for a chat and to answer questions. I won't go anywhere else. I love the lifetime care my computers have.

They have been good to me in past years, but this visit when asking for help, a guy kept saying I need to buy a new PC from them. Never offered me any help or suggestions, just kept pushing me to buy a new PC & repeatedly said my PC was old.

Very slow and very much overpriced. Quoted one price, charged me another. I called several times to check on the project. Every time they gave me a roughly 48-72 hr completion and they would call. They never called and my stuff was there for over a month which is fine, just don’t say it’s going to be a couple of days when there’s zero chance of that happening.

Fantastic experience. Very polite and friendly people. Very honest as well. I went in thinking my motherboard was toast, ended up only needing a bios update. I will continue to bring in my business here and highly recommend to anyone else needing help. Thank you again guys!!

I depend on PC laptops Layton (Eddie and Andrew) for keeping my computer running. Recently I took it in with some outlook issues and they fixed me right up. They also consolidated several old hard drives for me and updated my backups and virus protection for me. Had another issue with Microsoft Excel not working I took it in and they fixed it while I waited 30 minutes. I can call them with dump question and they are always nice and fix me up with some simple directions. Those two are great.

My grandma’s computer was filled to the brim with malware. PC Laptops was able to retrieve what data they could from the laptop, and were especially kind and patient throughout the process. Very glad that they could help her during such a stressful situation.
