My daughter tried to return some pants and they were so rude. Gave her dirty looks and put the amount on a gift card instead of returning to my credit card. This was from a purchase made two days ago so it shouldn’t be past return policy. I feel like reporting fraud so they don’t get paid. I’m irritated because we live hours away from the malls. Customer service is non-existent.

Neat store for teen gifts! Staff need to pay more attention to register area. Waited for 7mins for someone to check me out. I was the only one in line.

The have nice clothing. Not too terribly high priced. Nice veriety of clothing but not a lot of larger sizes.

I had a very good time shopping at this pacsun, Everyone is very helpful, helps me pick out clothes, gets me a dressing room, and checks me out all super quick and efficient. Will definitely be coming back again and again

This location closes their dressing room 30+ minutes before closing. Why not just close earlier? Found some items and couldn’t try them on because they had closed dressing rooms. Why??? You don’t want to sell clothes? Won’t return.

Whenever I come in this store everyone is so nice and specifically this girl named Julia helps me all the time, she drops what she’s doing to get me a dressing room and check me out. ?

Majority of the people that work here do not care about the job or the customers. The only person that helped us, I think her name was Ceecee, had to ring up most of the customers by herself while it was very busy because the coworkers kept going to the back and coming back out while still not helping over and over. The girls with tattoos gave us a dirty look when we asked them if we could use the changing room. I feel bad for the few people that actually do anything there.

honestly would give it 0 stars if i could. i was told i couldn’t try on clothes but the employees were playing dress up trying on clothes?? there were clothes all over the floor and counters. not a single person helped me and the store was honestly was disgusting… but expected when there’s not a single employee over 16

Genuinely the WORST customer service ever. They’re incredibly rude if you want a fitting room, and god FORBID if you actually want to buy something. They just scoff and judge you as they fold shirts. I don’t how how this terrible and overpriced place is still open. The manager is the worst of them all!!
