We asked to add an user for accountant access which accountant can view the transactions of teh account only, but not able process any transactions. We were told by the personal banker, they have no such access. The personal banker said she asked manager as well and that their website has no such access. We end up find it by ourself easily on their website, you can tell how poor their professional knowledge is.

Drive thru window is a very unhelpful, i’ve had one white male that was very helpful other then that i’ve had two other people just tell me they can’t help me and i have to walk inside and stand in line while they hang out in the back and no one helps

Terrible service now in June a lady named Soraya is my first time seeing her there she treated me very badly her attitude was terrible I asked her for some checks and she practically threw them at me she was very rude

Literally the worst location in the entire state! They have the rudest workers I've had the displeasure of dealing with. I've been here multiple times and each time the level of service gets worse. They left all of us waiting for over 30 minutes before promptly and rudely kicking us out. No apologies, just condensing language towards everyone. All because the workers wanted to leave early. On another visit they gaslighted me and tried blaming me for their ATM machine not working. I'm done with this location. Stay far away from here. Better yet do business with a different bank/credit union. I will never return back here again.

Honestly need to work on the wait time here! Having experience at one of busiest banks in slc....never have I ever had these long of lines.Tellers need to stop non sense talk and work. People in offices need shut doors if they are busy. Otherwise help out!.

No stars for this people worst bank to do business with. They totally send our car tittle under someone else’s name .. they wouldn’t change it. They send me to the dmv , even do the dmv said it needed to be fix through them.Also the lady at the lending tittle department was supposed to send me the forms to my email , she never did so

Tellers are amazing. Hopefully, they put a line guide up because you never know who's in line or not. I do not recommend this branch if you are applying for a loan as they aren't competent. Having untrained brand new staff doing loans that affect your credit score is DEFINITELY an issue that shouldn't be looked over.

I go to different Mountain America’s all over the valley depending on where I am working that day. This is the first time at this branch. I was really disappointed in the customer service. I make several deposits a week. The gal at the drive-through commented three separate times about the amount of deposits. I knew it would take a long time as it always does. I’m fine with that, but I had forgotten to ask for additional deposit slips for next week. So I push the call button. Before I could say anything she started in with “you have a lot of deposits and it’s gonna take a long time.” So I smiled and said OK thank you. I was just gonna ask if you could send out some more deposit slips when you send the receipts please. On the positive side, they had three lanes open and I was able to pull right up to make my deposit. In my opinion, she didn’t take that long. She gave me a nice fat stack of deposit slips for next week and said have a nice day back when I thanked her and left. So that’s a plus I suppose. However, If you don’t like to work with people. Don’t have a job in customer service this just reaffirms how impersonal I feel Mountain America to be. I have come to the conclusion after going to several branches friendliness is definitely not their strong suit. Also, I really wish they would just have deposit slips waiting for you in the drive-through container like most places. It would make life a lot easier.

If you don't have an account they could cash your check. But if you have an account there's a two-day hold that doesn't make sense. The whole reason I got an account was to make the process easier to cash my check but it was easier when I didn't have an account with them , definitely closing my account after this
