I dropped my 17 year old wedding ring to be repaired almost 3 weeks ago and was told they’ll have it ready in a few days. I never got a call and when I called they said they had it ready, but when we got there, they couldn’t find it. I am still waiting for it to get to get fixed!

This was the Easiest decision to make when buying necklace and earrings for a birthday for my partner. She was very very good. Her name was Simeon and she was very, very helpful and showing me all different kinds since I was not sure what to buy and she made sure it was wrapped very exquisite. We ABSOLUTELY LOVE Morgan Jewelers in Murray! Anyone we worked with was amazing and helped us pick out my 10 year anniversary wedding ring!! We also had diamonds added into my husband’s family ring. I went to Morgan Jewelers at South Town, the store manager Simonie was amazing! She helped me get pricing on getting new posts for my diamond earrings, as well as pricing for backs. Simonie was so patient and helpful! She got them all cleaned and polished! I will definitely be back and recommend this place just because of her!
