No towels. Although they repeatedly say they will get them soon.
Can’t buy 1month of washes without auto payments monthly.
Good wash. I predict they go out of business soon if they don’t address multiple service issues.

I’ve been a member of their monthly subscription to all the car washes I want. That ended today because I had my wife’s(another subscription so, two, ✌️ subscriptions were cancelled today after nine(9) years because I found out today that they don’t take cash… I’m sure 16% of their customers used cash. So what ??♂️.. I was one of them today and they said they didn’t take cash. You then become a POS and UN AMERICAN company to me if you do not accept Legal(in public and private transactions) Tender business. I feel wronged because I don’t know the exact number of months or years that I was un knowing about this HORRIBLE decision they’ve made as a company. So, I threw a $5 at the 15 year old kid employed by them and I cancelled 2 Elite Wash Monthly Memberships. DO NOT go here. Might as well wash my car myself before even THAT becomes illegal. Shame on you Mistrr Car Wash. HOREable decision you made.
Stay away from this mediocre at best and over priced AND I can honestly say my black car shows a lot of your scratches. I feel stupid for being a good customer to this horrible service for 9 years!

This car wash is one of my favorites from the franchise.
The staff and the owner are on top of the customer service. I will definitely keep coming here.

It is a good brushless, Car Wash and I like that I can pull into the bays and vacuum and dry my car or my truck. And the people all know me there and they are very nice and cordial.

Drove around on a rainy day looking for a vacuum to clean our car, when we found Mister Car Wash. They had free vacuums available in a large covered garage so we didn’t have to get wet. Thank you Mister Car Wash!!

I don't know why this place gets such bad reviews. I get the monthly pass each winter and thoroughly love their service and people. And the price is very reasonable. I will add that I recently tried the titanium wash and it is worth the extra price. Love being able to get the under body wash and wheel cleanse. To those haters, I urge you to try again.

I feel like charging for an underbody rinse, given how cheap it is paired with it's necessity in SLC, is a thorn in my side in an otherwise convenient establishment.

Mister once was pretty good when they would offer two workers to finish drying off your vehicle and now they try to automate it and their system is not getting the cars clean or dry . Then you go to use their vacuums and there is very little suction power. I think going back to the manual car wash will be a better decision if you want a clean car

Most expensive car wash I've been to and a horribly inferior wash job. The entire back of my car was not clean because I have a bike rack on the back. In addition they missed a huge spot on the right by the mirror, dirt still left around window edges. Won't ever go back. I could do it better myself and spend under $5.
