Super fast at filling my prescription. The pharmacist was so knowledgeable and helpful answering my specific questions about the medication. The price of my prescription was significantly less here than at other pharmacies. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I had an issue with my cat biting a capsule in two when trying to give him his medication because his vet was very busy and couldn't get a liquid form of the medication.Meds for Vets helped us out in a pinch, just before the end of their day, and even flavored it like tuna..This has been the easiest I've ever had it medicating my cat. 10000% worth the slightly higher cost. Thank you!

Multiple times now there have been miscommunications on my pet’s prescription refills and then in less than a week’s time, they managed to entirely lose 2 prescriptions that were sent in??? I know they got them too because I talked to someone previously who read the scripts and their prices off and I chose to call back and fill less than a week later as they were expensive. Now they’ve disappeared and I have to involve my vet again. She put refills as needed on a prior script and told them that 3 times before they finally stopped fighting me on every refill.. maybe work on reading doctor’s notes, communicating with clinic properly, and not somehow losing my prescriptions in the ether. So annoying to have to call the vet every time. In store they are awesome, but the phone lines (maybe?) are lacking.

I love this place. I get kitty's thyroid meds from here and they are always super nice and knowledgeable. They are very easy to work with and the shipping is so convenient.

My dog, Kipper, was an epileptic dog. After years of meds (he was 13.5 years old) his liver and heart failed. Before that happened I had Med4Vets help compound a a lower dose of one of his meds. I didn't even get to use it before he passed. I called the them because I couldn't remember if we had put it on an autorefill. We hadn't, and the person on the other end was so kind and so sweet to me. I had only bought one item from them. A week later I received a package, it was a condolence card, the rainbow bridge story,and an arrowhead necklace. It made me cry, happy tears. Kipper was my worl.. I wanted to thank them for the card.

Meds for Vets cares greatly for the animals they treat and their owners. I ordered a Rx for my furbaby who was sick. Before it was ready, my dog had already passed. Meds for Vets was so kind to me and told me where I could donate the Rx to help another dog in need. Diane also mailed me the the sweetest hand written note expressing her condolences and a memorial gift for me to always remember my furbaby. This act of kindness is one that I will never forget. Thank you Diane and thank you Meds for Vets!

The whole experience I had with them is so ridiculous. I paid everything they asked me to and they confirmed that my address was correct and an address that was deliverable (in the packaging system) but the package was returned to them. Come to find out they hadn't put my apartment number on there. They called me to tell me I would have to pay for everything all over again to have it sent out because "it's not our fault". Terrible customer service. We won't be back.

My old cat has to have his special eye drops twice daily. I have not found any other eye medication that makes him as comfortable. Meds for Vets is always "go out of their way" helpful, reasonably priced and most importantly prompt with my reorders. My only suggestion would be confirmation on reorders.

Pesters customers for reviews via text (so don't give them your cell phone number) and when you follow their link, it asks if you would recommend them. I'm suspicious. If I'd clicked the No link would it still have brought me here to leave my review? So anyone doing their research should be warned that there are probably more positive reviews than the actual percentage of customers who are pleased with the service. So regarding the service... Shipping is only free above $49. The usability of their website isn't as good as some other online retailers who specialize in products for pets. The one reason I buy from them instead of the website I buy dog food from, is that my vet gets a referral fee so it's another way to support my local vet who I love. If I didn't love my vet I would be bringing my business somewhere else.
