Med One is an excellent provider of mme medical equipment. Their ability to provide additional options for hospitals to get the equipment they need means that hospitals don't feel boxes into one method. They are still a family company with strong values and professionalism from top to bottom.

Med One staff are all professional and friendly. Accurate on delivery time as provided and very good in communications. I worked with Oscar and Joseph (Kuya Joe) when I was at my previous job and continuously working with them at my current. I will definitely recommend MedOne. Such a terrible place to work, benefits and pay is weak. There are better opportunities out there that promote growth . Only a fool would stagnate here for 9 years. Do yourself a favor when looking for a job and ignore this place.

So very disappointed and dissatisfied with staff and care givers/providers. Was a client for years and just recently when I needed their help I was told that I am no longer a client/customer of theirs! No reliable or responsible with their business and definitely not there for their customers! Would not recommend them to anyone in need of care for themselves or their family and friends.

Update:I still enjoy working for Med One. In the home office, they are now providing healthy snacks for all employees. It's great when you get too busy to go anywhere for food but you need something to help keep you going.I have enjoyed working at Med One. They care about their employees and want to see them succeed. This is a great company to work for.

My husband has been using a ventilator supplied and supported by Medone Group for four years. The incredible professional support from one of their respiratory therapists, Jay, in California has been a Godsend. His knowledge, communication skills and phone side skills has resolved all our concerns. I wound not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend Medone Group and Jay to anyone needing the support for respiratory needs.
