TJ was able to come out and attempt to start our New Toyota Prius Prime. When it wasn't working, he notified his office to get us a trailer. He was friendly, knowledgeable and let us know all of our options.

My car was left dormant for a long period of time and I needed a new battery ASAP. AAA connected me with Marvel towing and they sent out Anthony to help me. Anthony was patient when I (stupidly) misquoted the height of the parking garage and he went above and beyond to help me make an informed decision on my battery replacement. Amazing customer service!
