Amazing experience! I really felt like my car was taken care of, and they did a lot of extra things, like filling my wiper fluid, putting air in my tires, and even vacuuming my front seats! Will definitely be going back!!

Tesla service center was booked 2 months out, and our car was showing a coolant low message. I called McNeils and they were able to set up an appointment quickly and even gave me a loaner car. They saw that the coolant cap had never been put on, so the car has been slowly losing coolant ever since purchasing. They ended up charging less than the hour diagnostic fee. They are great with communication and they’re honest too.

Im a auto wrecker and drive a tow truck for a living, Mcneils gets a 5 stars and this is why. Ive picked up, dropped off, vehicles going on 3 years and always had a positive experience, because they value the customer and use very professional customer service skills,

The team at McNeil’s is incredible!!!!! We were from out of town and our brakes went out coming down the mountain from Snowbird to Salt Lake City, quite a scary experience!
McNeil’s was fully booked for several days, but told us to come in and they would see what they could do to help us out.
Erica and team took a horrible experience and turned into a more tolerable one. From squeezing us into their booked calendar to offering a loaner car, everything went as well as could be expected. Friendly, honest and thorough!
Thank you so much for the GREAT client experience the entire McNeil’s team gave us. Will definitely visit again for all our car repair needs. :-)

McNeil's is amazing! I've been going to them all summer for various car fixes (alternator, battery, rack and pinion, pulley system, transmission fluid - they do it all) and I don't think I would ever go anywhere else in the valley. Their staff genuinely cares about you and your vehicle. Kyle kept me updated on what was happening with my car and was always happy to help me through every step. Their prices are fair, and they do an inspection at every appointment to let you know exactly what needs to be done in the future and provide an estimate of the cost. This shop is fantastic. McNeil's has never let me down and has even helped me when other shops have failed. I LOVE this crew! Thank you all for your hard work on my car! <3

McNeills is one of the honest car repair places left. They easily could have charged us for a transmission flush that we really thought we needed, but they thoroughly checked our car and said we really didn’t need to. The advisor told us “we’re not in the business of charging people for services that aren’t necessary.” What a great place! Honest, thorough and conscientious.

Had my truck towed here over the weekend. While I did not end up going with McNeils and had my truck towed to another shop closer to my home due to my budget, Erica was professional and helpful the entire time. She was to the point and let me know about the fees before they started to look at my truck. They had just pulled it into the bay when I called to let them know I was having it towed to another shop. You can tell the difference from people who want to help and those who are just in it to make money. Thanks to Erica for understanding and for working with me!

I will never go to another auto care store after the AMAZING experience I had at McNeil’s. I have never been treated with such kindness and respect. Tyler was completely honest and respectful to me every time I called or came into the shop. He was extremely helpful and explained everything to me. The fact that they provide FREE loaner cars is something I have never experienced at any other auto repair shop. In case you can’t tell I would give this shop and its employees A+++. Don’t take your car anywhere else to be repaired!

Ray provided great customer service as a service advisor by promptly answering my calls to check status, ask questions, get prices, etc. He also texted the estimates on the various things to be worked on as well after they were completed, which was followed by an immediate call each time. I felt like my car was in good hands, was thoroughly checked over, and that I received a fair price. Communication was top notch.

We took our truck in to have it looked at because the coolant light kept coming on. We spoke with Erica, your advisor. She was friendly and professional. We dropped the truck off on a Tuesday and picked it up Thursday morning.
Your crew had detailed and washed the truck, besides fixing the problem. It looked great! We will definitely be bringing our vehicles back if we have other issues to be checked out!
