Worst place ever to take your Subaru to have serviced or repaired. If your looking for a dealership that does not stand by there work or quotes then this dealership is the place to go. I would recommend going to Nate Wade or Doug Smith before I would ever go to Mark Miller Subaru.

Mark Miller Service Department is Horrible. If you want to be treated rudely and feel less human i recommend taking your Subura to Mark Miller. They wanted to charge us 3X the normal rate and even recommended other places for repair.

Brought Crosstrek in for six months oil change, tire rotation and rattling noise in dashboard. Tech couldn't find rattle. Not a big deal but when I got home I noticed that the tires had not been rotated. Called service writer, got voicemail. Brought Crosstrek back next day. Different service writer checked me. Was quick to tell me that I needed new tires. Never apologized for inconvenience or oversight of tires not being rotated. Did get tires rotated. Most likely I will not be purchasing new tires at Mark Miller Subaru.

Without doubt, great and fast service!
The one star is to get your attention!
My one piece of advice - just because I care. When the Service Rep returned my car, he apologized for the "Car Wash being down".
The car not getting washed is NO big deal, maybe the Car Wash was REALLY down. But, it felt like a common car dealership's cheap talk, which was unnecessary.
Here is a suggestion, if you want to offer Car Washes when there are not a million cars being serviced - do it as a "You Won a Car Wash Today", otherwise, just stay upfront with your customers.

I happy with this service. My tire was fixed no charge. My Customer Service Representative was wonderful and helpful and I was texted as the the progress. The service was done quickly.

The service department is absolutely amazing! First time I have been here and out of the 5 people I spoke with along the way, they were beyond helpful and so nice! I hate that I didn’t get their names. The lady at the podium when you walk in, crazy helpful and super friendly! The techs we popped in on to ask a question, super nice, the concierge I think they called it, crazy helpful and so nice. Came out to see if we could get the wifi to download the system update. When it didn’t, the guy who helped me schedule and answered my five million questions… amazing! Then the guy at the parts counter… seriously! Also amazing, super nice and helpful.
Even the lady I spoke with on the phone before I came in reference to the MySubaru app setup was beyond helpful and crazy friendly. She wasn’t from the dealership and through the call center but still, wow! Needless to say, Subaru has it figured out. Makes me want to get a job there, everyone is so helpful and friendly. Career change… maybe. lol

I couldn’t get the update to download with my wireless settings so I came in and asked if one of the Service attendants could help me with it. He was very kind and I didn’t have to wait very long. Just long enough to get the update downloaded. I really appreciate, Mark Miller Subaru for all the customer service, and the loyalties that the service people have at this location. They are awesome!

I tried 3 times to get things set up at the South Towne location, but people were clueless. I contacted the Midtown location and couldn't have been more pleased from start to finish in taking care of me.
