I have gotten my glasses at the Southtown Lencrafters for many years. I have gone to other eyeglass places but always seem to come back. I love the selection and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. It’s a given for a great pair of progressive lenses with all the bells and whistles you will pay upwards of $500 anywhere you go. Because I wear these 24/7 I am willing to pay this for exceptional vision ❤️

John was fantastic at helping me through the entire process including using my employers vision insurance and all the many options for so many different kinds of lenses for my prescription. The explanation of every detail was very helpful, and John also did everything possible to help me maximize the savings on my final cost for three pairs of new eyeglasses. I consistently come to Lenscrafters because they offer the best product in both quality and service, and they have been consistent for me in that manner for several decades.

Jon was great! He showed us all the glasses until we found some we liked and told us all about the customizations we can pick from! His communication was excellent letting us know when we can come get the glasses!

Dr. Kolbay is hilarious. Best time I ever had at an eye exam. Lucy was super helpful in choosing frames and explaining the choices. They got me in for an eye exam and measured for glasses next day. Would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely amazing! David and Jon were extremely nice and helpful! My glasses broke and my usual optometrist location told me it would take 6+ months to get them. I called and Jon took my call and told me he could have them within 2 weeks and possibly even sooner. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Manager that helped he was great. The lady that was supposed to adjust them sucks, literally sat my glasses on the counter and looked away from me and said nothing. No help adjusting them at all just a blank stare.

LensCrafters in Sandy, UT at the Southtowne mall is excellent. They were professional, friendly, and fair with their price. Dave, the assistant manager is great to work with.
