I never actually used this service because it took so long to get a quote from them. What took other businesses 15-20 minutes to do took them 96 hours. When comparing their quotes to others in the area their labor would take much longer. I fear they would have had my car forever. I would have gotten my car repair started much quicker if I didn’t wait for this quote.

They initially told me they would have my car for 4-5 business days, it's been a couple weeks now. Terrible communication and updates, parts are on backorder with no ETA... The office people are nice in-person, but the process has been frustrating. I've had to call multiple times for updates after feeling left in the dark. I don't recommend this business.

Hate leaving reviews like this, but I just spent a bunch of money fixing their low quality paint job. This bad experience started when an 8-day job (time they quoted) turned into three weeks to get my vehicle back for a small dent repair (no replacement parts). Clear coat overspray on the outside of my windows, dust particles all over in clearcoat, clearcoat high spots (pooling) in the bottom of rock chip locations, orange peal texture to clearcoat, etc. Took my vehicle back to them to fix these issues, stated they would fix the issues, kept my vehicle for several days, then gave my vehicle back to me without fixing any of the issues. Ended up paying the paint correction guy that ceramic coats my vehicles to fix everything he could on the clearcoat. Paint correction guy did a phonemical job, but it took many hours to make my truck look like it did before this body shop touched it. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere else.Service: Body & Trim

Very poor towing service. Never use Terry's Towing. They will get your vehicle at the wrong location and will charge you a 2nd invoice for that second or 3rd tow with adding more money for your insurance. Very poor and no customer service whatsoever

At the beginning, I was very impressed. Karen, the office manager, would communicate quickly and was very helpful. Denay, the store manager, was also helpful. Then, something changed, possibly that I wanted to pay cash & not file an insurance claim. Then all communication and responses stopped. Unfortunately, LHM’s customer service has drastically changed since the LHM Group sold all locations. It’s probably the worst customer service you’ll experience because they simply will stop communicating with you. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced at this location. We have been going here for years for other accidents and have always had a great experience. Service has gone downhill and will be looking for a new repair shop in the future if we ever need one. Danae was my specialist helping me along the way. She left me in the dark and every time I messaged her, she treated me like I was bothering her. When it came time to pick my car up, they waited until they were closing in ten minutes to let me know my vehicle was ready and that I needed to wait until Monday morning to get it. When we did pick up the vehicle, a piece was still broken. I have been calling ever since to schedule a time to get that piece fixed and they keep giving me the run around. Still no appointment has been made. Save you some time and find a different place to have your car fixed.Service: Body & Trim

Took my jeep here after hitting a deer. They took 30 days to get it repaired… it has since had to go back 5 times since for faulty work. My car has water damage from the windshield they did not put on during there repairs and they are refusing to detail the car after the carpets got soaked. Zeus the manager is an arrogant man who will never be wrong. The only thing they have going for them is Brody who tries to help but is limited do to the rest of the a** hole corporation. I will never go back. Happy to send anyone the photos of the “repairs” they did. I have lots of before and after a for your viewing. This place is a joke they had my truck for 4 months and then charged me for parts that they messed up on. not only thta they did suspension work on my truck and didn't do alignment so my truck left with more problems.all management didn't want to make it right. SO If you value safety and good work do not use this dealershipService: Body & Trim

The staff at the front, as well as the estimators, are very nice and friendly. The service they are providing right now is ridiculously slow. It took them 5 almost weeks to finish AN ESTIMATE

With all of the set backs due to covid the staff were very friendly and quite transparent. Part delays kept my vehicle from being delivered on time but that was not their fault. All in all I would refer friends and family to this shop. Expect delays due to availability of parts ,but as far as quality and customer service this is the place to go.

I am the most picky guy there is. I do not go to a collision place. I drop off my top end cars knowing they are going to send them out and return them back to the dealer to inspect and make sure everything is spot on. Or use their manufactured parts. Or get it perfect before I go back to the dealer. Even in a new one day old vehicle, boulders flew off the big rig on the freeway and raked the door paint and metal. I said fix it perfect as it was only one day old or I will buy a new one at the dealership. When I came back, the dealership management greeted me as I checked it out and the blend of color. I even ran my hand around the door edges to see if you could feel 2 paints not matched smoothly. All the people faces were stressed out when I said out loud perfect and paid the bill. When I paid up, I saw a paper which was the collision place who fixed it which was“ LHM Collision Center “I would rather pay more and have the dealer responsible, but LHM saved the one day old new car and a car years before knowing they did the work then. They do great work. I just am a picky guy and will let the dealer take my car and give it back paying more. But LHM Collision knows how to fix and blend all cars. I did read some low scores which seemed to be communication problems, but as a Google Reviewer, my advice is to stay calm and work with any company. It is stressful when somebody wrecks your car, but stay calm or if you are as picky as me, let the dealers handle it and tell them if you are in the area you would like LHM Collision Center. My dealers use this company so that means the work is good and I let them deal with the insurance and any hassles that could arrive. So regardless of how you feel or will pay more like me, “LHM Collision Center” is GREAT !!
