Sean was great sales man. What I really liked about working with him was I did not feel pressured to buy something I did not want. If you are looking for a car ask for Sean.

I took a vehicle in for transmission issues and got bk a vehicle I'm sure I couldn't sell for a penny I didn't get a new transmission I got a used one ? Why who knows. I also now have steering column issues and major rattling under mid part of vehicle. I've attempted to call the casa chev dealership and no can answer a call properly transfer or allow me to speak w a manager. I called Corp office and got the same damn result no call backs even when female answering phone stated AARON would call me bk within a half hours it's now been 2.5 hrs later no call and no one is answering the phone. I guess it's time for an attorney

The first 2 employees I interacted with today struggled to help me properly and were ready to send me home without proper diagnosis or repair. Also, Less efficient and organized then in the past. Once the manager got involved things went well: proper diagnosis and repair. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place right now. I’m confident that Larry H Miller Ford in Provo will iron out the issues and become a trustworthy and well run business again. A young mom with a baby was also in a second time to get something properly placed after being stranded on the freeway following a routine oil change the day before. After 2 hours of waiting she went to check on her car and they could not locate her keys. Very disorganized.

I'm from California but I bought from Larry H. Miller, Provo, because I got such a great deal. The salesman, Dakota Archer, was very helpful and he worked hard to find the right truck for me. Jeff Mellen and Fabiola Corona helped me get all the documentation for the California registration. They were great. I just love my 2024 F150 Powerboost truck. I would recommend this dealer.

Larry H. Miller Collision Center Murray, we dropped off a vehicle on June 26th, that had minor front end damage, damage to One wheel and tire and the hood. It is now Four days from them 'working on and fixing' the vehicle for a MONTH.
Other than them taking so long to bilk the insurance company out of more money. We called numerous times and there was NO follow up response. They are negligent at returning calls and giving updates.
Don't use this place for car repair, as they don't care. Highly disappointed in their lack of customer service and their lack of communication that they are taking off extra days during the month.
We would have taken our car somewhere else, anywhere else, if we had known that they were such slouches.

I dropped my truck off for service at LHM Riverdale on Tuesday morning at 9AM. The repair was supposed to take 2 days, and the truck was supposed to be ready by Wednesday afternoon. I texted the service rep at 4:30PM on Wednesday afternoon to find out the status. By Thursday at noon, I had not received any response. I texted the service rep again, and by 4:30PM Thursday afternoon I still have not received a response. I tried calling the service department - no one answers the phone. I tried calling the service manager - no one answers the phone. I'd like to say that this is the first bad experience I've had with the LHM Riverdale service department, but it's not. I wish I never bought my truck at LHM Riverdale.

Great experience working with John Paul Lopez. He was very professional and patient with me and giving me time to make my decision and was not at all pushy on sales. Great Sales Professional. Thank u John.

The worst---at Larry Miller in Mesa Nissan---, high pressure sale, then lied about taking care of registration for me in another state, left me hanging for almost two months, shameless. No follow up on communication until I went through Nissan Corporate. No apology, nothing close to taking responsibility Stay clear. Just awful.

About a year ago, I made the decision to purchase a 2011 GMC Sierra from the Larry H Miller used trucks and imports dealership in Sandy. Unfortunately, my experience with the vehicle has been far from satisfactory. Within just 48 hours of the purchase, I encountered significant engine problems, prompting me to contact the dealership for a resolution. They took the vehicle in for repairs, which ended up taking a month to complete. They provided me with a document detailing the replaced parts and assured me that the vehicle was brought back to manufacturer specifications. At that point, I believed the issues were resolved, and the truck appeared to be driving well after the necessary repairs. However, my current dilemma has left me deeply concerned and frustrated. I have recently discovered severe rusting on the frame of the vehicle, and, more alarmingly, the bar on the frame connecting to the rear wheel shocks has rusted through entirely. This critical issue has caused the shocks to become completely detached from the frame, rendering the vehicle extremely unsafe to drive. It's important to note that I have driven this vehicle for less than 3,000 miles. What troubles me the most is that I was never informed about the severe rust problem with the frame at the time of purchase. While I want to give the dealership the benefit of the doubt, as the sales representative claimed the vehicle had been traded in just the day before I arrived, I can't help but question why such a potentially life-threatening issue wasn't detected and remedied before the vehicle was put on sale. I entrusted the Larry H. Miller name to provide me with a safe and reliable vehicle for my family, and this situation has shattered that trust. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that there are legal safeguards, such as lemon laws, in place to prevent precisely these types of sales from occurring. My attempts to contact the dealership have been in vain, and I recently learned that the dealership I purchased from has since closed down. My subsequent efforts to reach out to corporate have also proven fruitless, leaving me in a precarious situation. I still have outstanding payments on the truck I purchased, yet I am now left without a vehicle to commute to work.I earnestly hope that someone from the corporate office can promptly contact me to address and rectify this issue. I am profoundly upset that my family's safety was compromised either due to the dealership's negligence in thoroughly inspecting the vehicle before sale or due to a potential misrepresentation of the vehicle's safety.Edit: They were able to get back to me and offered to purchase back the vehicle for half of the price I bought it for. What a joke! Beware to any future buyers!

November 2023 by Teari-Kaeto Rainsdon
I took my truck in to the Larry H. Miller Used Car Service Dept. in Sandy, UT on November 7, 2023 to have a service light taken care of. On November 8, 2023 they told me I had an issue with one of my wires underneath the drivers chair, I gave approval for them to fix that. November 9, 2023 I called to see if I could stop by and pick up some things, because this issue was taking longer than anticipated. No more than 30 minutes later the Manager ended up calling me stating that while his tech was doing the maintenance he had touched a wire in the truck and it blew out all of our airbags in the vehicle and that it would be considered a total loss. He then proceeded to tell me I needed to file a claim with my insurance. I called my insurance for advice, because in all my days I have never had this or even heard of this happening in a service center. My insurance said by no means was it our fault, it was under their care and they were the ones who had set them off. The Insurance company stated Larry H. Miller Service needs to file through their insurance company and give us the case number etc. My Husband and I ended up going over later that evening to figure out how this even transpired. The Manager went through a whole process, told us this actually happened the night prior to us coming in. Who’s to know when they would actually tell us if I hadn’t have told them I was going to come in to pick up items earlier. He then told us he was under the impression from his GM that they were not going to file through their insurance, but that he would talk to him the next day and call and let us know what they decided on their end. November 10, 2023 I ended up calling the Manager at 3:01 PM since I didn’t hear anything during the first half of the day. He said that he had just got off the phone on his end on what he needs to do. He said that Larry H. Miller is a wealthy corporation and that they are also self insured. He called in and told them the situation, but told me later they probably will not help. That vehicle got my kids and I to and from home, school, appointments, work, shopping and etc. This truck wasn’t just a vehicle, but was part of our livelihood and now it has been taken away from us. I’m still trying to contact people to get this issue resolved with nothing in return. We realize accidents happen and since the car was in the care of their service center and the issue was caused by one of their employees then they should willingly take responsibility. Why does this have to be a tricky issue?
