I've heard so many good things about John Paras. I went in looking for a new sofa, and I was really surprised by the lack of sectionals in store. There was nothing close to what I was looking for, and the store looked a little run down. They gave great prices, but I doubt I'll go there again.

Excellent service and great prices! Delivery guys laid down a packing blanket to protect the floor since it was a rainy day. I’ve bought from here multiple times and had great experiences. Love my new couches.

John Paras is fantastic. Their sales people are great, helpful, but not pushy. I ordered a couch from them and there was initially a problem with the install, and no questions asked, they immediately replaced the couch and fixed the issue. Amazing customer service and I will definitely buy from them again because of that.

I don't love furniture shopping, but John Paras is by far the best around. The prices are good, the people are nice, and they don't follow you around or bug you.There was a small mishap on a delivery they made, and they were fantastic to deal with.

bought a recliner sofa and the light didn’t work had to have people come and take apart brand-new couch to make a light work and also bought 2 small dresser’s from them and they stink so bad inside drawers i cant even put clothes inside them have been airing them out for over a week all the clothes i put in them stink like horrible wood smell very disappointed with quality of furniture i purchased ?

The entire process from entering the show room interacting with the sales representatives and taking delivery of my merchandise was hassle free and enjoyable. Their customer service was impeccable. I intend to revisit John Paras Furniture for all future home furnishing needs.
