“Josh at the Draper location (11400 South location near Scheels) was amazing! He helped us get all the data transferred over to our new phones and answered all our questions about our new lines we added and even assisted us with a phone call to customer service. He was very patient helpful and kind. And on top of that he was able to juggle 3 other customers while helping us. His coworker left to the back for over an hour while he took care of everyone on his own. Josh is a very good example of excellent customer service. He went above and beyond! Thank you Josh!”
