Absolute LOVELY hotel! We loved it from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and offered so many wonderful amenities. The bed was phenomenal and comfortable, the shower was large and the water pressure was perfect, the kitchen area was great, and the price was great for the amount of space in the room. We will DEFINITELY be visiting this hotel again!

I had a great 2 night stay there last week. Linens were clean and didn't have a smell to me. I saw previous reviews of that and was a little concerned. I didn't eat the breakfast, but it looked like the standard hotel offerings. I would def stay again!

Loved my stay in Sandy/SLC area at the Hyatt House. I changed hotels shortly before my visit because the weather looked great and I wanted an outdoor pool. I’m so glad I did! The hotel is super clean. Rooms are fine, maybe early 2010s style, but everything is in working order and comfortable. Breakfast impressed me with the abundance of healthy options - actual fresh fruits and vegetables, cottage cheese, hard boiled eggs - and even better as the made-to-order omelette station! Have never seen that at a free breakfast hotel. The gym was also impressive… not large but good variety of cardio equipment (including a Peloton!) and weights. Never seemed too busy. The hotel is 20-30 min from excellent hiking in the Wasatch range, and very convenient to any type of store or restaurant. I loved coming to the pool in the afternoon for some quiet time where they had pop music playing quietly over a speaker. Pool was clean and seemed like it got lively in the evening with families. This was my first time staying at Hyatt House, and overall, it was a great value for the price. The rooms definitely could use some updates, but they are maintained well and kept clean. The free breakfast, while basic, was a convenient and quick way to start the day. I really appreciated that the rooms come with a full kitchen, including utensils and several necessities, which made the stay more comfortable. For the price, you really can’t go wrong. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

Due to a family emergency, a few hours after we had checked in, we had to cancel all of the nights we had booked. We were very impressed with the quality and amenities of the Hyatt House, but most significant was the service and professionalism, Sandra and her team showed us. We were worried that we would be charged for the cancellation, however, there were no charges and no questions asked. We were even left with a warm "It was really nice meeting you." upon check out. We really do want to stay with you again. Thanks so much!

Left an item in my room at checkout. I called the hotel immediately. They were completely unhelpful. After dozens of calls no one would call me back. Truly terrible customer service.

I had a very poor experience at this location. I stayed in a king bed suite. I appreciated the large fridge/freezer and kitchen amenities; however the tables and furniture in room were quite worn down, had very small pillows on the bed. My chief concern with this location is that I accidentally left an item in the room after check out. An item I was assured wouldn’t be thrown away. However, after calling dozens and dozens of times (the main operator at front desk would only pick up one of every 5-8 calls - otherwise would ring and ring then disconnect - housekeeping never answered) I received zero help in retrieving the item. The customer service was AWFUL and I couldn’t help but feel entirely brushed aside and ignored despite losing an item of ~$2000 value. I would never stay at this location for my business trips again after this experience.
