My husband's class reunion was held here. The staff was great the food was delicious. The space was perfect.

We only had a few hours to sleep before needing to get to the airport. Would have loved for there to have been an airport shuttle, but we had available transportation, so it worked out fine. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The shower has great water pressure and was large and inviting. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

We’ve stayed here a few times for work and family gatherings, and have slept great and very close to eatery and shopping. Very clean and comfortable environment.

Hilton, seriously you can do better. AC barely worked and when it did it was LOUD. Upgrade your rooms and equipment. Will stay somewhere else next time

Pool water unsanitary/neglected. Carly Jett posted about the condition of the pool 2 months ago. MGMT/owners response was to address it. This was either not addressed or fell short on the quality of the cleaning/treatment. Two days after swimming in the pool I developed minor symptoms of strep throat. I have been home for two days now and the symptoms have gotten severe. I have to see a doctor today.
Walkability: Hotel surrounded by judicial buildings, hotels, etc. There is a amphitheater kinda close. However, if you don’t have a car you may end up relying on hotel accommodations for all. FYI, nothing is free at this chain unless you are already a high rewards member.
Food and drinks: Food and drinks were average, for a hotel, but subpar compared to a restaurant/sports bar. They serve beer, cocktails, wine - these are average priced.
Noteworthy details: Building layout and aesthetics of lobby and exterior very pleasant.

I rarely write reviews, but I absolutely have to about TANIA!!!! I am physically limited and have handicaps and have to travel with my husband most of the time to help. This trip I had to Go by myself, and this is always difficult and kind of scary for me Because of my physical limitations. The morning I was checking out I was struggling with getting out in time and packing my bags and figuring out how to get them back to my car when one of the gals from housekeeping knocked on my door, Tania, Spanish-speaking, beautiful angel??, I speak Spanish fluently myself and we began to chat. I explained to her I was delayed due to my physical limitations and she was so kind. She even went downstairs and got me a cart to put my luggage and brought it back to my room without me even asking, when she brought the cart up, I almost cried. She even put all of my bags onto the cart and went downstairs with me and put all of my luggage and bags into my car for me. I have to depend heavily on the kindness of strangers when I travel alone and hands-down by far was one of the kindest, sweetest, and helpful angels I have ever encountered. Thank you thank you, Tania Gracias, Mi Amiga. Not only did you make my task of getting my heavy luggage out of my room and into my car possible for me, but you also made what is typically a very embarrassing moment for me having to ask for help nowhere near embarrassing at all in fact, I feel as though I met a new friend. my family and I will forever and always only stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn from this day forward because of the kindness Tania showed to me

The rooms are what you would expect from a standard hotel, the bed are just a little more comfortable. The location is perfect for my needs. They don't tell you that the Continental breakfast is not included in the price until you get one and they've charged you $16 for an egg, a strip of bacon and a piece of fruit. Be warned on the not included breakfast, because it looks exactly like a free breakfast you would get at a much cheaper hotel.

Breakfast staff were friendly and efficient. Location good for my purposes. Room was gloomy with fluctuating temperature due to the rather antiquated a/c which was also noisy when starting up, resulting in bad nights' sleep. Will go elsewhere next time.
Rooms: Noisy a/c, fluctuating temperature. Not a good sleep despite the bed being comfortable.

Rooms are a bit dated, moved due to room smelling like an old casino and the second smelled like a locker room… there were no makeup remover wipes which was frustrating. The pool water was so dirty it make your skin afterwards smell like feet. Breakfast was bland, but fast. The staff here are extremely friendly though. Jen especially at the front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful. Lobby is super cute.

I am putting this rating, strictly on my experience with theft! Be aware that when you stay here your vehicles are not being monitored.
If anythinhappens it is all on the owner of the vehicle.
There are no cameras to watch for people stealing. The good thing is, there are signs that tell you this, which takes all liability off of the hotel.
The girl at the front desk was helpful and called to make sure there are no cameras.
In all, my window was broken, and they took a couple of small items that was not worth anything, but they had plenty of time to do what they wanted due to no security or cameras.
