This is the most unreasonable employer to get involved with. It's all about their bottom line! They don't care ! My husband faught 1 yr for a wk related injury. Just to lose with their corporate bullies! They do not send help or support when in dyer need of it. Basically swim or drown! I drowned! The just dispose me like yesterday's trash! With unwarranted accusations! All this during Covid 2020. Rural towns are basically on their own

I went through the drive thru had two Mobile orders the girl greeting me on the headset was ok. When I got to the window they handed me a bag without saying anything to me at all. I said I have a 2nd order she yells for the manager that she needs her card that took about 1.5 minutes to get the card then she hands me a second bag still says nothing. When I go to eat my food the buns where hard and the cheese was not melted like it is at other stores. When I call to complain I ask for a manager the girl hangup on me. I call back the same girl answer the phone she says she the manager and then argues with me about the product says no way its like that and hangs up on me. I call corporate to complain and get nothing but voicemail. This location of BK is a joke

The corporate company was trying to screw over an old man over a rock that was hit. I watched the accident and watched as a gas station worker was told by her boss to get his information to start a claim. Over a rock. They didn’t fix the situation but was fixing the asphalt right next to it days later. Shady.

Went to costa vida which they manage in Elko. The staff was cool but making them use a food scale on the burrito and making them smaller and smaller with the price of the meal going up. It’s trash.

The bk in wells nv is shifty the manager is some 19 yr old kid who is lazy as hell. I've been there twice some female and him are always sitting at one of the tables and never helps customers. If they do both of them have very bad customer service skills

placed an order over gh i left special instructions for sandwiches. order delivered missing 3 items and both hamburgers made wrong. tried calling to get order replaced, was told if i drive myself to town and pick up the food it would be replaced. i did not order delivery so 2 hours later i could drive in to town to get my food.

Went to Burger King in Spanish fork, I order a double stacker king and some cheese sticks. I don’t get anything of what I ordered. Needless to say I NEVER go ther again and if I could leave 0 stars I would even hesitate.

If I could rate zero stars I would. "We have until the end of the month to get w2 information to you". I work for Costco and they already have my w2 to me. The office people(Heather) are extremely inept, lazy, rude and unwilling to be helpful. If you have to work fast food, don't work here. They treat you worse than you would a pest. Extremely happy to not be a part of HB Boys any longer.

If I could give this company a 0 star I would. The district manger in elko nevada is very unprofessional. He likes to call people names that he has never meet and say stuff about people before he could even meet them. You guys really need to do something about how your district managers treat people. He’s very unprofessional and very rude.

the owner that once was a dishwasher never should have became anything more then a dishwasher.he is not friendly to.staff mistreates them and under pays and very judgmentle.please pick a better place to spend your money

I visited the Blackfoot, ID Burger King today with my wife usually the service, food, cleanliness is sub-par but tolerable but today the place was a dump. It looked as though the kitchen had not been cleaned in a day or two all the garbages were full with and not a single table looked liked it had been wiped down/sanitized with piles of trash underneath. This is not the first time I have seen this particular restaurant in these conditions.
