Cashier lied right to my face. He told me I get a free 2yr replacement plan on one of the items I bought. I figured it was some promotion. After I got home I looked at the receipt and realized that he added the replacement plan which was the same amount as a coupon discount on the item so it was "free". I'm not sure if this is a new sales tactic but it's dishonest and terrible. Is selling a few extra replacement plans worth losing customers???

In a time where data security breaches are a regular thing, I shouldn't have to worry about a retail store having my personal info. But I returned some items to the Sandy Harbor Freight that I bought earlier in the day, with receipt, and the store manager required that I provide my address. I declined to provide it, but he wouldn't allow it. I don't know if this is a company policy or if the manager was impatient. Either way, I'll just start getting better quality tools at Home Depot since it's closer anyway

Wrong price tags posted all over with tools on the rack and won't honor the price. Maybe change the tags.

If you're in Sandy you might see a Harbor of freight and tools. It's not the coast or a real harbor where ships might unload their freight or maybe an odd sailboat or motorcraft docked at a pier or wharf. This Harbor is different though. It's loaded with all sorts of freight and tools for constructing just about anything your heart desires. "You'd better be there tomorrow, and no ifs, ands, or buts about it". "Why", you say? "Why not", I say! "Go get a deal on some decent tools", I say. There are deals without a SALE goin' down there. So get your BUTT in the car, and shake your Booty to the groovy vibes of great savings.
