Heather was the most disrespectful, unpleasant and unprofessional stylist we’ve ever dealt with. “I’ve been in the industry for 20 years and refuse to do skin fades on anyone under 14 because they won’t sit still”. Excuse me ma’am. Your attitude can be flushed right down the toilet. I dont know what kind of clientele you could have with being a raging nightmare. If you cannot be pleasant with people, you shouldn’t work in the service industry. So disappointed.

Rude older lady was so rude to my 9 year old even to the point where he mentioned it to me when we left. Unpleasant environment. My 5 year old hair dresser wasn’t rude but wasn’t friendly. Sadly my kids hair has long parts that weren’t even cut. Will NOT return although it’s close to my home I will drive 15-20 mins to find nice hairdressers.

I’ve been going to this location quite often lately because I just had shoulder surgery and cannot wash my hair. Each time I go, the ladies wash my hair and dry my hair just enough to avoid it dripping all over. They charge me $5 for the shampoo. The last time I went, Linda was there, she washed my hair dried it enough not to drip and then proceeded to charge me $30! She said she styled my hair! She did nothing more than any of the other ladies did and they charged $5 for the shampoo. Needless to say, I’ll go anywhere else for a shampoo from now on.
Stylist: Linda. Linda you charged me $30 for a shampoo, and lost a continuous client. I hope that $30 was worth it

This lady did not listen to a word I said. I had asked for nothing off the top and back, just to fade the sides up. She proceeds to cut the top and back and did not even cut the sides. I left this place looking worse than when I walked in. My wife told me I looked like I am wearing a top hat. Absolutely ridiculous example of ignorance and miscommunication. Wasted 20 dollars and an hour of my time. All I wanted was to look cleaned up for mothers day, left looking like a chop head idiot. Not cool
