This place is a scam. We have bought 3 other mattresses from here and have been happy. I ordered one of the same mattresses that I bought before and when we got home and unwrapped it, realized it’s a total downgrade from the previous one. I called to let them know and sent pictures. They said they don’t see the difference, which there clearly was. I also found out they overcharged us for this terrible mattress. They refuse to give me the mattress I paid for and have previously purchased. The place smells of cigarette smoke and that can’t be good for the mattress material. I regret I ever recommended this place and it’s sad how they treat their returning customers.

Top notch service! You’re the only one there (because it’s by appointment only). And they have mattress same quality as the ones you’d find at any mattress store, but for a better price. You’d also be helping a local business and purchase products made right here in the USA! Met one of the owners and even though he’s young, he’s managed his business through even COVID times! Swell person and will treat you like a person, not a countless number. So you get great product, great personalized service and all at a great price! If I need another mattress, I know right where to go. And that’s GoMattress!

Kolbee was a huge help! He was easy to work with during the entire process. They order from the manufacturers that make name brand mattresses. Go Mattress buys the mattresses without the expensive name brand, but they are the same mattresses. If you are looking for a budget friendly quality mattress I highly recommend Kolbee and Go Mattress.
