I gave this place a chance and wholeheartedly regret it. Please, go somewhere else.To condence a somewhat lengthy story into a shorter review, I received my truck back after replacing a wheel bearing and noticed that they had driven almost 200 miles. The interior was trashed and had soda spilled all over the front console, seats, and dashboard. The backseat was covered in sand (so strange), used water bottles, and someone's used wool socks. Someone had been using my truck as their personal vehicle to run errands/off-road/whatever for about a week.I called and texted the owner, Brian, numerous times with no response aside from a text saying "I'll look into it". To say I was upset is a bit of an understatement. I cannot get a call or text back and have honestly given up - chalking it up to a learning experience. No more small, shady mechanic shops.To top it all off, the repair didn't fix the original issue I took it in for. So I'm out $$$, have to clean my truck after some idiot used and abused it, and still need to have it repaired.

Plenty of matching used tires for any budget. My AWD Sienna feels so much better than new with one size larger tires! Thanks to the Owner of this Busy Establishment for taking Care of me last Minute at the End of the day!

they always do a good job and always have been affordable. They helped me get a good deal on tires and when I couldn't check my transmission fluid they were able too with no issues.

You get what you pay for. Is first choice an affordable option for those looking to avoid the unbearable cost of new tires? Yes it is. However, if your vehicle becomes damaged while your tires are being installed do not expect them to take accountability for the repairs. We had a tire pressure sensor damaged as well as a stripped stud during tire install. Pete seemed willing pay for the repairs, but when it came down to it phone calls were not answered or returned and no attempts were made to fix the damages that were caused. I haven't been into First Choice Car Care yet, and I mean yet. I had stopped in at O'Reilly's for some help and was introduced to Brian, the owner of First Choice, he was very friendly, listened to the issue I was having, and came out and looked over my truck and even hooked up his vehicle monitoring system to see what the problem might be. He helped and recommended things to do to fix the issue without wanting or expecting anything from me. Thank you Brian for your help.

BEWARE, SCAMMED by owner (BRIAN) $600+Brian sold me a generic part though I asked and got billed for O.E.M a difference of $600+.I asked for the invoice, box, or to show me the part when arrived.Made bunch of lies and excuses in person, then hung up on me over the phone.I called both lexus dealership, they said never had a account with him or even ever sold the part.

They were so great to me and so happy to help even though I came in after closing. They were more worried about getting my breaks done so I had a safe drive home. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I’ll definitely continue to go back for any of my auto needs.

This place is amazing! My wife and I went in for the first time and they went above and beyond to help us find reasonably priced tires for our 2002 Jeep Cherokee. They replaced and balanced them while we waited and negotiated a price that was within our budget. They also cleaned the car before returning it. We have finally found an honest, dependable, competent auto shop! Thanks guys!

This was our regular mechanic and we had recommended them to a lot of friends/family, but after our last experience we will never come here again. Be careful with these guys and make sure they actually fix what they charge you for.We took our vehicle in because the heater stopped working. First Choice billed us $600+ and when we got home, the heater was still not working. We took it back and they "fixed" it by shoving their paper floor mats in front of the radiator (they didn't tell us they did this - we got home to find papers sticking out of the grill and the cover not secured). We brought the vehicle back to them two more times and after months of following up, it was "fixed". They never called us and we had to constantly follow up for updates.After about a month of having the car home, the heater has stopped working again. We were definitely gypped out of $600 and a car for months. Absolutely ridiculous!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had a flat tire .. Big-O said not repairable .. wanted to sell me 4 new tires, then2 new tires, Would not patch it. referred to 1st choice by Ceasar, asked for Pete fixed a good tire, asked form $5.
