I have had nothing but terrific experiences with this FedEx location! I’ve been exclusively ordering my prints through them for about a year because they are so helpful, organized, and professional. Each team member I have worked with (Sahra, Dawn, and Kaden) are top tier employees and so fabulous in all that they do. If you are looking for a reliable FedEx, this is your spot. Trust me!

This place was rough I came in to print and can 2 documents and got no help the gal was to busy having conversations with coworker to help. I have never used the self service machine and when I asked questions she treated me as if I was stupid. Bad staff at this location I wouldn't return.

I am not sure why this place has such bad reviews...I've gone in twice in the past 2 weeks and I was greeted with a smile / hello both times. I only had two small print orders but they were very nice and treated me like a valued, respected, and important customer. Moreover, my orders came out perfectly. I was also given a coupon for future orders. I highly recommend this location. I wish I remembered the staff's names but it was a blonde woman with glasses and a gentleman named Kaden (I think). Keep up the great work and I hope you guys get some better (and honest reviews). Thank you again!

I was surprised by how rude the customer service was at this location. I walked in with a shipping-ready padded box that I have used 100+ times with UPS and USPS but the employees said that the FedEx needed me to purchase their box that had no padding. Which I know wasn't true but the woman seemed to just want to argue about her $8 packing fee and the use of their box I turned around left the store and went to USPS which slapped a label on the box and shipped it. Furthermore, I was asked for an ID to use FedEx too which made me question what they were going to do with my Information. This practice made me uncomfortable!

Once again. We print at self serve from a USB thumb drive, but we don't print off a USB SSD drive, which is a bigger USB thumb drive. It's the second shop I visit in two days, and the second time they cannot help me. I remember a great shop in Ogden, UT where I used to print my topo maps, and they were super helpful, even though prices were not cheap. Once I moved to the Great Salt Lake area - it became nothing but obstacles and challenges, and "we cannot help you". What happened to the computer stations for document editing, print jobs, whatever? I'll end up buying a printer and never deal with you guys again.

I visit this store on occasion to print items for a non-profit where I volunteer. Every time I have visited in the past, I’ve needed to use a discount code for the non-profit & this doesn’t seem to work easily with the self-service system the store now uses for making copies so I’ve always had an employee help me. Every employee I have worked with in the past (including the Management) has gone out of their way to help me & been so kind. I even pulled the Manager aside the last time I visited & told them how great their service is.Today was a different story. I entered the store and greeted an employee by the name of Dawn. She didn’t look up from what she was doing & acted as though she was annoyed that I entered the store. I then explained to her that I have a discount code and that I needed help with using the code to make some prints & copies. She huffed out & asked if I needed a code to do that. I didn’t know what she meant as I already explained that I had a code. She obviously got more annoyed so I told her that someone has always helped me use the copier because I had a discount code. She then said “well you need a code to use the machine then”. She created a code, wrote it down & handed it to me. I explained again that I didn’t know how to enter it so she told me how. I tried the code in the machine & it wasn’t working. I then asked for help again. She came to the machine, changed 1 digit on the code & it worked. I then tried to process my order & couldn’t get the menu to show up & once again I asked for help. She huffed again & walked over to the machine & told me that I'd done something wrong (mumbling under her breath). She told me that now she would have to create a new code & walked behind the desk again. She said that fed-ex is now self-service & that if I needed help, I could ask for it but I would need to do the copies myself. This is when I gave up & left.I realize that Fedex has created this self-service system however that doesn’t mean that everyone knows exactly how to use their system. I am fully capable of making prints and copies however I had clearly asked for help multiple times & I’m honestly shocked that Dawn was so annoyed that I needed help learning their system. I will not be entering this store again.

I just had the worst experience here and I'm so upset because I have given this location a lot of business over the years. I had purchased shipping boxes here just prior to Christmas. One of the boxes I bought I returned before Christmas, the other two, in perfect condition I might add, were extras I didn't need and went back to return them today. I had the return receipt for the large box, but not the original receipt. I'm guessing I didn't get it back. In any case, they refused to accept my return. I'm 68 years old and don't look like a con man and I was just flabbergasted. The counter person went back to speak with the manager and they turned her down. Terrible customer service!!!!!

These guys have been helping me with big print jobs (posters, flyers, booklets by the hundreds) for several years, and they always do exceptional work! I’m especially amazed at how they can juggle shipping, printing and phone calls, all while helping multiple customers in the store in the most calm, professional way. Shout out to Kaden who remembers me and puts my stuff together with speed and care!

Dee was AMAZING. She called to give me updates, was so professional and kind, and I was blown away when I went into the Office. She immediately knew what my order was when I mentioned I was picking up a sign - she excitedly told me it turned out really well and she wanted to show me before I left. I've never had customer service like that in my life, I had something printed for our Girl Scout troop and will never go anywhere else because of Dee. She deserves a raise, promotions, etc. - seriously an amazing person and an incredible experience!

I like this ups shop; however, shipping is so expensive. All employees are friendly and responsive Easy to return Amazon products.
