I ran into some trouble with the gas pump being a little bit funny. Wouldn't accept my discount card. An employee named Sky came over and helped me in spite of the fact that it wasn't her usual job. Big props to her customer service

I come here pretty often and usually just do a quick wash and interior clean which is always pretty good. But I decided to go with an interior detail for $200. Definitely not worth it. They missed a ton of dirt/dust on my dash and around the air vents. I didn’t notice at first as I just wanted to get home after waiting around for 2 hours (which I knew before hand). If I’m paying $200 I expect the inside to be sparkling clean.

The team ran my truck through the wash but I didn't get cleaned very well, bugs were still on the mirrors, grill and bumper. I pointed the issue out to Colby who was the manager on duty and he jumped right on it. He had me go back through and set me up with one of the best washes they have. He personally washed off the bugs and then polished up my truck very nice! I was pleasantly surprised at the great service I was given at Fabulous Freddy's in Sandy, Utah. Thanks for the great service Colby!

Fabulous Freddy’s did a fantastic job cleaning my car up after a trip to the Salt Flats. I went through the car wash x2 but still had a lot of residual salt and dead bugs remaining on the car. Jenny the manager was so helpful and reassured me that the wash package I selected should have taken care of everything the first time. Then she went above and beyond to have the car pressure washed and wheel wells thoroughly cleaned. After that she helped me choose the additional service necessary so that I was happy with the results. Thank you so much for your great service. I was so stressed about the condition of my car. I am completely satisfied and relieved now. Lastly, don’t drive your car on the salt flats!!

Great experience from start to finish! Easy appointment booking online, got email reminders and received great service when I got there. 2 hours but worth it! My car looks incredible and feels so much better all cleaned up. I purchased the basic internal detailing package, which was perfect for what I needed. Definitely recommend!

Paid for the highest detail service available and this is what I got:
- interior windows not cleaned
- leather seats half cleaned (still lots of dirt)
- interior plastic not fully wiped downed
- top dash not fully wiped down
- bugs still on front of car
- trash was not removed
Overall cleaning seemed like it was rushed and wasn’t complete.

This place is the bomb!! I always leave with the cleanest car and it always smells so good! The employees are the best as well. Keenan has the best attitude and always pushes the extra mile to make sure the customers leave happy! :)

I love taking my car to Fabulous Freddy's. The online scheduling system is user-friendly. The employees at the Sandy location are always prompt about checking me in; thorough about detailing my car; and they always walk me through what they did when I come to pick it up, to make sure everything was done up to a high standard. I highly recommend their services.
