The company went bankrupt, no way to get new parts but Danny keeps me in business, my saw has been repaired a few times thanks to his incredible shop!!! And when it breaks everyone I talked to recommended him. Glad he was already my plan. It was fixed so quickly and the price was reasonable. He's awesome!”
“Austin was incredible. Sears provided horrible service. I contacted sears as many ways as I could and was assured my fridge would be repaired on the date I scheduled it. Turns out no repair was scheduled and I had to wait theee extra days for my fridge to get fixed. I was so disappointed that there was such a horrible job done by the sears system.I was assured by multiple contacts that my repair would happen and it never did.It wasn’t until I called my original tech, Austin, that anything changed.Honestly I should have gotten this job done for free. The service was non existent.Austin is the only one who actually helped me.Total fail on the part of sears.I do still want my money back.Horrible service to tell me my fridge would be repaired for three days in a row with no intention of sending a repair man.Going without a fridge for two weeks was ridiculous.”
“They are very patient and attention to details when it was a lengthy process in my case where my iPhone’s touch screen was not responding and needing data transfer also want to reset and disable find my iPhone for trade-in purpose, after investigation, they put on working screen so we can operate it properly for my needs.”

Ed tuned up my laptop and didn’t even charge me, as the issue was an HP software problem that could not be fixed in store, but he gave my a perfect workaround so I can still use my laptop without any issues. Would highly recommend this location if you need a device fixed! Very nice employees too!”
