“usually have a really good experience at this store . I shop there frequently about 2-3 times a week. I went in to pick up some monsters cigarettes and chips along with a few other miscellaneous items. Got home and was disappointed to find out that my donuts were outdated they were from January 3rd 2023. To some people it doesn't seem like much however these donuts were really soggy and Gross and I will not be eating them so now I have to find another means for breakfast.. update today February 2nd went back and the owner allowed me to exchange them was really nice about it.”

“What great customer service!! Story- I had a bad fall today at the car wash. Sadly, no one checked to see if I was okay. My knees were scuffed pretty good and I drove to the nearest place for first aid supplies. The nicest man (I feel bad I didn’t get his name) made sure I was taken care of and personally saw I got bandages. Thank you, your kindness made me believe there are still nice strangers out there when I lost hope.(Posting for my wife)”

“Josh at the Draper location (11400 South location near Scheels) was amazing! He helped us get all the data transferred over to our new phones and answered all our questions about our new lines we added and even assisted us with a phone call to customer service. He was very patient helpful and kind. And on top of that he was able to juggle 3 other customers while helping us. His coworker left to the back for over an hour while he took care of everyone on his own. Josh is a very good example of excellent customer service. He went above and beyond! Thank you Josh!”
