The pharmacist went out of her way to be pointlessly rude. I'm trying to find a pharmacy that can fill a prescription that is in short supply.The pharmacist was apparently the only person working when I called. Not answering the phone would have been fine, or briefly checking whether my prescription can be filled and then getting off the phone.Instead, the pharmacist took extra time to make snippy remarks about everything I said, from explaining that I'm calling to ask about a transfer because of the shortage to asking if they can fill my prescription. She also let me know there was an order in stock that *might* contain my medication, but that she wasn't going to check it any time soon because she was far too busy for that and that she had to get off the phone to fill prescriptions.I get it. It's a bad day. I'm having a bad day, too. The shortage means I've been without my medication for days, which makes me feel ill and makes it harder to do basic life tasks, like calling every pharmacy in town. But I wasn't rude or snippy, and I didn't blame the pharmacist (even when she let me know the medication could potentially be there but she wasn't willing to check). I'm not sure why she needed to take her bad day out on me.

Shout out to Tami for helping me out today. Got an antibiotic through a telehealth website and the coupon code didn't have any ID number and this absolute ANGEL of a woman was still able to get me 50% off. She did it without me asking and without making it a big deal. I don't have insurance and am currently experiencing some financial stress so I am so incredibly grateful for her helping in a way that didn't make me feel like a beggar. Thank you so much Tami?

The pharmacist is so rude at this location. I dread having to call or pick up a prescription for my daughter. The pharmacist gets upset when I can’t make sense of her questions that are not clear. She will ask vague questions in a short tone of voice, and when I try to clarify, she becomes more upset. For example, the pharmacist will interrupt me by asking, “what is this for”? After painfully clarifying with her, she meant to ask for the name of the prescribed patient so she can move forward with her search in the system. It can be very simple answers that she is looking for, but she cannot articulate or express herself very well, then takes her frustration of her weakness out on the customer.It’s not just her verbal communication skills that are lacking… When picking up a prescription, her gestures and body language suggest she’s upset with the flapping of her hands and yelling out “I don’t know”. I kindly suggest the pharmacist is provided with more support as it’s awful to interact with her – she is so mean. I have tried to avoid this, but I will have to find a different location.

Annette the Pharmacist was rude. Actually, I'd say, she was racist. She kept instructing the pharm tech to move on to the next person. Didn't matter that we had all info. needed to process. And that the pharm tech needed her help entering data correctly. Annette called up a tall White man that was at the end of the line, chatting it up, leaving the Asian customer that was next in line, waiting. She also told a Latin man to wait & didn't return. Annette was truly disgusting. Worst customer service. Giving this Target CVS a 1 star for the nice pharm tech.

Everyone who was working on July 13 2023 at 1:20 in the afternoon should be ashamed of themselves. This customer was waiting in line for a long time and it was his turn to finally go and everyone in the pharmacy said oh we are closed now! And they started yelling at this guy who had waited in line. They said well it’s our break time now. And the guy said that it was his lunch time as well and his only time to come pick up his prescription. How this staff treated this man was abusive and uncalled for. Shame on them! What happened to customer first? If it was such an issue they should have told him while he was in line they are closing instead of yelling at him when it was his turn. I absolutely cannot believe how they treated that customer! Wow! I was shopping at target and witnessed the entire thing. Others heard as well

Very poor customer service. Just give them a call right now and you can wait on hold for like 30 minutes and fill out the customer service yourself. The few times I’ve dropped off the prescription in person. They have always been jerks if I ask him any type of question at all.

Always polite , know me by face and name. Willing to eagerly help me. The pharmacy personnel are amazing and are always reminding me when my scripts are due for refill. The front end staff are the same. Love giving them my business.

This place is absolutely ridiculous, the last time I called the pharmacy I was put on hold for over 30 minutes which is so messed up, I was only calling about 1 prescription for my daughter & was told it was filled on the 17th & than made me wait for the pharmacist which I was told it would be only 2 minutes, that wasn’t the case. I’m thinking of switching pharmacies. They should have just called me back. Horrible customer service & their store prices are outrageous plus have a very poor selection of items. They won’t even offer prepaid delivery prescriptions for Medicaid customers which needs to change!! I don’t recommend this store to anyone Period!!

just switched to this location today because the west jordan location was awful and my faith in CVS has already been restored thanks to Emily. she was so nice and helpful and has really awesome customer service skills.

Great service! Shout out to Dustin who heard my husband and I talking about not having any sugar free Red Bull and he took the time to come over and found some mixed in with the regular! Made my day! But the store was over all great and clean!

I've been using this pharmacy for about 10 years. Even though there are many pharmacies, some even closer, my family uses this one inside the Sandy Target. Customer service has always been exceptional. The pharmacist is always available to answer any of my questions. I highly recommend them.

They are always very professional. The pharmacists are busy but not too busy to answer some questions I occasionally have. They also recommend less expensive ways and have told me where to find manufacturers coupons. Generally I don’t do my shopping at Target but I go in there just for the CVS pharmacy.
