The wait time for a simple work required drug test was way too long.I waited for 45 minutesThis should be an in and out processIt only takes 5 minutes.I also have employees that have had to wait over an hour.We will be looking for another location to send employees.

The team there was great! Angie and the lady that took my deposit were extremely nice, personable and made the experience comfortable. Please give them kudos from me. You have a great team there. Also I spoke to Brian the day before and he also was very accommodating.

I was in and out on my for my first visit and I had to return with a medical DR. clearance. Everything went smoothly. I was able to go in between the busy lunch and after work hours.

I was there for over an hour and 45 minutes for a drug screen, one lab draw and a very basic physical examinationI was the first patient of the day, felt like first patient ever.

Took an entire week for my drug screening to come back to my new employer just to tell them “there wasn’t a sufficient quantity” and it would have to be retaken, after the cup was filled higher than their “required amount”. Set me back an entire paycheck just because they couldnt even tell me the right amount to fill a cup, and why did it still take an entire week if they couldn’t even test it. Needless to say I won’t be going back here for my retest.

They got me in quickly, and took care of my DOT recertification. They answered all my questions, and help me understand the answers clearly.
