i’m bentley the receptionist down at the sandy standard plumbing that happens to be like 3 stores down from yours, i had called in to ask for a renewal on our flag and the kindest lady picked up , i forgot her name but she was the absolute sweetest person ever . she ended up having to give me a call back so she could get information and she called back in less than 5 minutes , she was extremely helpful and again, soo so kind and friendly. i just thought i would put my very fast and amazing interaction on here. thank you whoever you are who helped me you went above and beyond! you truly made my day better🫶

I made my first purchase from Colonial Flag 22 years ago, and while the logo has changed a bit over the years they are the same great team. I have been there several times since. They are the best!

My elderly parents ordered flags online and accidentally didn’t order the American flag they wanted. Megan was incredible, she went to their house and put the flag on their flagpole for them! Companies do not do this kind of service anymore. This was such a kind gesture to my parents who are not mobile enough to hang their own flag. Thank you for your kindness Megan!!!!

Got both these flags from Colonial. Great quality! Love the new state flag as well. Thought it was going to be stitched pieces like the American flag (same material), so that was a bit disappointing, but still the best quality Utah flag I’ve seen yet

This place should be the only place you buy your flags from. :) I found them through Google, as they can make custom flags. All you have to do is describe what you want for your flag. You can even upload sketches of what you want your flag to look like, and they make it come to life. I used them for the series I am writing, and they made my dreams a reality. I loved the flags I made so much through their help that I bought two custom flags from them and have them waving proudly on my porch. Incredible handy work and excellent quality! Thanks! Lauren Ashmore has been amazing in helping me with my orders :) Thank you all for your hard work!

I ordered 2 flags and called to verify delivery date. Meghan, Stacy and Devaughn were all truly delightful to speak with. They treated me as if my order was $10,000, not the mere $70 it actually was. Prices were great. the coupon code worked on the first try and the internet ordering process was simple! Bravo Zulu to the Colonial Flag team. I'll buy from you again.

It was cool because you can actually watch workers sewing things. There were lots of fun and cute items for decorating and of course flags. The employees were friendly.
