Christy is awesome. She helped us purchase our home in a very tough market (late-2023/early-2024). She is very readily available, quick to answer a text or return a call, and always available to meet for a house showing with little notice. She is truly knowledgeable about building practices and can answer your technical questions throughout the search process. If she doesn't know the answer, she won't pretend to, but she will quickly get you an answer. She really set herself apart once we got under contract, getting bids for repairs, chasing leads without prompting, and staying on top of all the many open items. She was always willing to chat through any concern I had, for as long and as often as I needed. Even after closing she has continued to be a resource for contacts across the industry. In general, she is just a very kind, genuine person and I feel like she really cared about my family and our happiness.

Ross was there to show home whenever I needed and Christy was invaluable with providing guidance on how to navigate my first home purchase. I met Kristy at an open house in my old neighborhood. I was prepping a home to be sold and both C and K toured the home and made very reasonable suggestions to make improvements prior to selling.I followed through on all of their suggestions. I then chose them from 3 different realtors I interviewed as listing agents because their market knowledge made the most sense to me. We went through the selling process together and their plan was spot on. They were very enjoyable to work with and I felt they always had the basis covered between the two of them.
