Dishonest PharmacyI had three of my medications with them since last February 2023 to January 2024.Each time I filled the prescriptions, they were changing my appointed Insurance copays and collected up to triple the amount. With one medication, they weren’t even sending the claim into the insurance.They had an explanation each time I talked to them on the phone asking why the amounts changed every time. I trusted their explanations until last week when they tried to collect $69 on one medication with a $10 copay.I printed my claims as proof and I have saved my receipts of what I paid each time and went to Brighton Pharmacy to talk to them about it.The owner tried to excuse it away at first. I asked for him to confirm his copy sent from my insurance. He couldn’t provide one.Before I even got to the point to ask for refund, he quickly offered to pay the overpaid amounts, which came to several hundred dollars.Check your copays with your insurance!In response…The printed insurance claims were presented to you. They Clearly list your business and payment made to you and my required copay.I have the proof! My required copay never changed.You most definitely as the business, receive the same insurance claim paper work, as patrons do.You took what the insurance paid you and upped my cost.Because your loosing money? You don’t get paid for a medication that you need?!You made more! Until you were confronted.I trusted your business!Check your insurance claims with any cost you pay to any business!

This Pharmacy is not just a pharmacy. It’s a place that reminds you that people still care about people and relationships matter. I never ever thought I would look forward to picking up my prescriptions so I could visit with Dave and his wonderful staff. Grateful for businesses like this that treat their customers like friends.I also love the decorating! Very stylish!

I have been getting my compounded prescriptions at Brighton Pharmacy regularly for the past 3 years, they are always filled promptly and offer to ship or pickup. I always pick mine up and they are friendly when I come to pickup my prescription. Very pleased with the great service they provide.

This is the way all businesses should be run - especially pharmacies! “Bend over backwards” service. Attention to details- often fixing prescribing Doctors’ mistakes or making recommendations for less expensive alternatives (who does that in this greedy, money hungry world!) Always returns phone calls within a few minutes. Ships your prescription out immediately. None better in the Salt Lake area, or probably even Utah. The Pharmacist and his staff are the best!

Mostly great but they have more than once not sent my script when asked which made me miss days of medications. Also they have sent wrong size needles then charged me to send the correct size after paying for the wrong size.

I'm very impressed with this pharmacy! They have excellent customer service and they're quick to assist my needs. They have a very pleasant and simple process. Which is not the case for most pharmacies. My favorite thing is that they have free shipping!
