Charged me $15 for using the self wash for 5 minutes. I double checked that I turned it to the stop/off position.

Second time now after using the card method and running it for only 10 mins it continues to count after I leave it on stop. Last time I was charged $15. I spoke to the owner and he reassured me it should’ve stopped yet it happened again, going to have to dispute the charges and won’t be back.

Equipment seems to always be malfunctioning. The last 3 times I've visited, the brush was broken, the credit card machine wouldn't work in any of the bays, and today, the foam sprayer in bay 1 was faulty. I can't ever get an answer. A weak 2 stars

All of the vacuums are broken and 1 stole my money. And at 6pm on a Wednesday in June, all of the self-serve bays were blocked off. Avoid this place.

This place has really gone downhill. I tried to use the vacuums and the first one didn't work so I moved my car to another one. This time it turned on but it hardly had any suction. Their website says they are closed. If this is the case, they need to have signs up stating this.

I used to go to this location to use self serve without issue however...The automatic car wash door is open right now and the machine accepts money but it’s not operating. Beware don’t put money in it because there is no way to get it out. No one answers the phone. Request a refund.

Cards not accepted, no place to pull out change, 3 of 4 stations are down... But they have vacuums you can't pay for if you don't bring change at least...

Definitely closed. There were no signs to let customers know, so I put in the coins and nothing happened. I know it's only a few bucks, but frustrating.

Pretty sure this place is out of business… or soon to be so. Credit card machines are either off or disconnected, coin changers are out of order. Happened to have coins, fed them into the one machine that wasn’t taped over and nothing happened.
