Best Buy has the worst customer service department, you called and get transferred to multiple different departments that are not even close to the one you call for. And after not getting the help that is needed they act as if you are the one that is the problem.. shame on you Best Buy your store hrs suck and so does your customer service.

I like Best Buy as a company and I make it a point to buy all of the electronics I can from them. I like their return policy if there is a problem, and I like their extended warranty service. I've had issues with this particular store in the past when it comes to customer service though. I'll keep shopping here but if I have the time I'll usually drive further to go to another Best Buy location in a neighboring city. Not bad but not great.

Sad to say that after years of excellent service from the GEEK Squad, their service has really declined over the past year. I will not renew my subscription and will not recommend the GEEK Squad as I have in the past. #frustrationandterriblecustomerservice.

We waited 30 minutes for someone to help us. When we finally did get help, she was awesome. My son is physically disabled and they didn't have seats available, so we stood and waited and waited. We ended up leaving and getting a computer elsewhere.
